Quality of care and user satisfaction in the hemodialysis service of the national hospital of Lima – 2023

Abstract

Introduction: Patient satisfaction in health entities is a response to quality-of-care factors. Therefore, users express partial satisfaction in the patient care process. Objective: Determine how the quality of care is related to user satisfaction in the hemodialysis service. Justification: The study, through its results, will provide important information to renew the incompatibilities of university and hospital education. Method: applied, quantitative, correlational and transversal study. The sample will be 90 patients, the survey will be used to apply two questionnaires, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 25 and the hypotheses will be tested using the Pearson correlation coefficient statistical test given the nature of the variables.

Objetivo: Determinar cómo la calidad de atención se relaciona con la satisfacción de los usuarios en el servicio de hemodiálisis.Justificación: El estudio mediante sus resultados aportará información importante para renovar las incompatibilidades de la educación universitaria y hospitalaria. Método: estudio de tipo aplicado, cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra será de 90 pacientes, se usará la encuesta para aplicar dos cuestionarios, están validados y son confiables para medir las variables en cuestión. Los datos recolectados serán procesados en SPSS 25 y las hipótesis se probarán usando la prueba estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson dado la naturaleza de las variables
