Family support and adherence to physiotherapeutic treatment in patients with cerebrovascular accident at the Pampas Huancavelica hospital - Peru 2022.

Abstract

Family support in physiotherapeutic adherence among stroke patients is low because families often believe that the patient is too ill to recover, thus not providing emotional, evaluative, or instrumental support for recovery. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between family support and adherence to physiotherapeutic treatment in stroke patients. The methodology will be scientific, hypothetical-deductive, applied, with a correlational non-experimental design, descriptive-correlational, with a population of 40 stroke patients, who will also serve as the sample. Survey and observation techniques will be used, and the Family Support MOS Questionnaire and Physiotherapeutic Adherence Questionnaire will be applied. Data will be processed using SPSS version 27 to confirm the proposed hypothesis.

El apoyo familiar en la adherencia fisioterapéutica en los pacientes con accidente cerebro vascular es bajo, debido a que consideran al familiar enfermo sin las condiciones de recuperarse y no brindan ese apoyo emocional, valorativo, instrumental para salir del cuadro patológico, el objetivo de la investigación es: Determinar la relación entre el apoyo familiar y la adherencia al tratamiento fisioterapéutico en pacientes con accidente cerebro vascular. El método será el científico, hipotético deductivo, de tipo aplicado, con un nivel correlacional de diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional con una población de 40 pacientes con diagnóstico de accidente cerebro vascular, la misma que será la muestra, se aplicará las técnicas de la encuesta y la observación y los instrumentos serán el cuestionario de apoyo familiar MOS y cuestionario de adherencia al tratamiento fisioterapéutico. Los datos serán procesados en el SPSS versión 27 para corroborar la hipótesis planteada.
