Access barriers in mothers and compliance with the vaccination scheme in children under 1 year of age, health center, Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between the access barriers in mothers with compliance with the vaccination scheme in children under 1 year of age in a Health Center, Lima - 2023. Methodology: Hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, nonexperimental, correlational method. Population will consist of 634 mothers with a sample of 239 mothers of children under 1 year of age. The technique used will be the survey and observation and the instrument will be a questionnaire to evaluate the access barriers variable and for the second variable compliance with the vaccination scheme a checklist will be used, with validation and reliability of Cronbach's alpha. with a value of 0.72. Finally, the statistical tests will be executed to corroborate the hypotheses using the Spearman correlation system and for the processing of the information it is carried out with the software spss v.25.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre las barreras de acceso en las madres con el cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación en menores de 1 año en un Centro de salud, Lima - 2023. Metodología: Método hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicada, no experimental, correlacional. Población estará constituida por 634 madres con una muestra de 239 madres de menores de 1 año. La técnica empleada será la encuesta y la observación y el instrumento será un cuestionario para evaluar la variable barreras de acceso y para la segunda variable cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación se utilizará una lista de cotejo, contando con una validación y una confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach con un valor de 0.72. Finalmente se ejecutarán las pruebas estadísticas para corroborar las hipótesis utilizando el sistema de correlación Spearman y para el procesamiento de la información se realiza con el software spss v.25.
