Level of knowledge and self-care practices in colostomy patients of the Hermilio Valdizan Medrano Regional Hospital, Huánuco 2022.

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge in colostomy care and its relationship with self-care practice in colostomized patients at the Hermilio Valdizan Medrano Regional Hospital, Huánuco 2022. Materials and methods: a quantitative correlational study in a population of 80 colostomized patients. A validated instrument will be applied to collect the information that will answer the hypotheses posed. Quantitative measurements and statistical analysis will be made to determine the predictions or behavior of the phenomena or problems posed. Throughout the research, research conduct attached to ethical principles will be maintained.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento en el cuidado de la colostomía y su relación con práctica de autocuidado en pacientes colostomizados del Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdizan Medrano, Huánuco 2022. Materiales y métodos: un estudio cuantitativo correlacional en una población de 80 pacientes colostomizados. Se aplicará un instrumento validado para recolectar la información que dará respuesta a las hipótesis planteadas se harán mediciones cuantitativas y análisis estadísticos para determinar las predicciones o el comportamiento, de los fenómenos o problemas planteados. Durante toda la investigación se mantendrá una conducta de investigación apegada a los principios éticos.
