Quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the emergency area of the Vitarte National Hospital in September – November 2023

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the level of user satisfaction in the Emergency Service of a national hospital Vitarte, 2023; It is also a study with a quantitative approach, hypothetical/deductive method, of a aplicad type of correlational descriptive level and a non-experimental cross-sectional design; will be applied to a sample of 150 obtained by the equation of finite populations, from a population of 200 users of the Emergency Service of a National hospital Vitarte, 2023, through two instruments: a questionnaire for the quality of nursing care and another for satisfaction of the user, the statistics will be descriptive (stanin test) and Spearman's Rho correlation, with an interpretation of findings by evidence of tables and graphs in order to determine the association of the hypotheses exposed; finding whether or not there is an association between the study variables.

La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar qué relación existe entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y el nivel satisfacción del usuario en el área de Emergencia del hospital Nacional Vitarte 2023; es un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de método hipotético/deductivo, de tipo aplicada de nivel descriptivo correlacional y un diseño no experimental de corte transversal; se aplicara una muestra de 150 obtenida por la ecuación de poblaciones finitas, de una población de 200 usuarios del Servicio de Emergencia de un hospital Nacional Vitarte 2023, mediante dos instrumentos: un cuestionario para la calidad de atención de enfermería y otro para la satisfacción del usuario, la estadística será de manera descriptiva (prueba de estaninos) y la correlación de Rho de Spearman, con una interpretación de hallazgos por evidencia de tablas y gráficos a fin de determinar la asociación de las hipótesis expuestas; encontrando si existe o no asociación entre las variables de estudio.
