Nivel de conocimiento sobre inmunizaciones y cumplimiento de calendario en madres de niños menores de 1 año en un centro de salud, Lima 2023

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar cómo se relaciona el nivel de conocimiento sobre inmunizaciones y cumplimiento de calendario en madres de niños menores de 1 año. El material y método: fue aplicada con un método hipotético, deductivo con un enfoque cuantitativo, la muestra fue constituida por 80 madres de familia con niños menores de un año. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento conformado por 16 preguntas para la primera variable, y la observación con una lista de cotejo para la verificación de la segunda variable. se utilizó como el cuestionario de Pastor a su vez fue sometido a prueba de 5 jueces expertos y resultó ser un instrumento confiable. A la vez se aplicó el coeficiente de confiabilidad según la fórmula 20 de kuder Richardson KR20= 0,628. El software permitió arrojar el patrón de relación que existe entre las variables de estudio, tabulando tablas y figuras con alto grado de ajuste estadístico, lo cual fue a traves del estadistico Rho de Spearman.

The main objective of this research study was: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance about immunizations in mothers of children under 1 years of age in a health in a Jose Galvez Maternal and Child Center 2023. The material and method: that was used was a quantitative approach, in terms of the design it was a non-experimental, correlational cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 80 mothers who were selected meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The technique used was the survey and the instrument a questionnaire made up of 16 questions for the first variable, and observation with a checklist for verification of the second variable. The mothers who agreed to the research signed an informed consent, then the questionnaire was applied to collect the data, this process was carried out the day they attended the health center to comply with the vaccinations established on that date, taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a duration of approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the sample was completed. Likewise, while the mothers answered the questionnaire, the vaccination record was verified, then the data was entered into the Excel program and the Chi 2 test was used, a statistical test that allowed recognizing an association between knowledge in mothers and compliance with the calendar. of vaccination.
