Organizational climate and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of the Carlos Lanfranco hospital La Hoz Lima, 2023

Abstract

The objective of the work was to determine how the climate of the organization was associated with the satisfaction of the nursing staff, it was developed with an applied descriptive methodology, quantitative, with an observational design, where the sample were 98 nursing workers and in the collection two validated questionnaires were applied, from which it was possible to obtain the results that indicate that the climate of the organization is presented at a regular level according to 46.9%, good 33.7% and bad 19.4%. Likewise, it was evident that the level of satisfaction of the nursing staff with their work was regular in 51.0% high in 32.7% and low in 16.3%. It is concluded that among the variables there is a level of direct relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.719 with a significance of 0.000.

El trabajo planteo como objetivo el poder determinar como el clima de la organización se asociaba a la satisfacción del personal de enfermería, se desarrollo con una metodología descriptiva aplicada, cuantitativa, con un diseño observacional, en donde la muestra fueron 98 trabajadores de enfermería y en la recolección se aplico dos cuestionarios validados, de los cuales se pudo obtener los resultados que indican que el clima de la organización se presenta en un nivel regular según el 46.9%, bueno 33.7% y malo 19.4%. Asimismo, se pudo evidenciar que el nivel de satisfacción del personal de enfermería con su trabajo fue regular en un 51.0% alto en un 32.7% y bajo en un 16.3%. se concluye que entre las variables se presenta un nivel de relación directo con un coeficiente de correlación de 0.719 con una significancia de 0.000.
