| dc.description.abstract | Objective: to determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job performance in the nursing staff of the 5th hospitalization service of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases in Lima, 2022. Material and method: it will be correlational, quantitative, observational, cross-sectional and descriptive, the population that constitutes it makes a total of 50 nurses, and the sample will be made up of the same number. The survey technique was used and the instrument uses the Likert scale, which describes the presentation, instructions, sociodemographic characteristics and the questionnaire called Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) and job performance evaluation questionnaire, its content validity was made and submitted to expert judgment, reliability was found by applying Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient obtaining a value of 0.800 and 0.932 respectively. Data processing will be at the Norbert Wiener Private University, to obtain the required permits and to be able to present them to the ethics committee and then to the research area. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: determinar cuál es la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y el desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería del del servicio de hospitalización 5to del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas en Lima, 2022. Material y método: será de carácter correlacional de tipo cuantitativa, observacional, de corte transversal y descriptivo, la población que lo constituye hace un total de 50 enfermeras, y la muestra estará conformada por la misma cantidad. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento usa la escala de Likert, la que describe la presentación, instrucciones, características sociodemográficas y el cuestionario denominado Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) y cuestionario de evaluación del desempeño laboral, se hizo su validez de contenido y se sometió a juicio de expertos, se encontró confiabilidad aplicando el coeficiente de confiablidad alfa de crombach obteniendo un valor de 0,800 y a,932 respectivamente. El procesamiento de datos será en la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, para obtener los permisos requeridos y poder presentarlos al comité de ética y luego al área de investigación. | es_ES |
