To achieve this, perceptions were evaluated based on the following dimensions: physical perception, service provision, response speed, safety, and empathy. Information was analyzed from the perceptions of pregnant users, collected through 207 surveys comprising six parts; all participants attended prenatal control at this primary healthcare facility. Results: Patients attending prenatal control at the Maternal and Child Health Center "Ancón" are aged between 18 and 29 years, with 98% residing in Ancón. Most are cohabiting women with a completed secondary education, who report satisfactory perceptions in each evaluated dimension, although certain aspects highlighted in the survey require improvement. Conclusions: The study on the quality of care in prenatal control at the Maternal and Child Health Center "Ancón" found satisfaction in the perception of pregnant women attending the facility for their prenatal controls.
