Publicación Acceso abierto La gestión y el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo del área de Recursos Humanos del Hospital Antonio Skrabonja Antoncich de Pisco, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-06-19) Alcalá Molina, Miriam del Pilar; Caycho Valencia, Félix AlbertoObjective: To analyze the influence of the management and work performance of the administrative staff of the human resources area of the Antonio Skrabonja Antoncich Hospital in the province of Pisco in 2019. Methodology: It is an analytical method, the approach is quantitative, it is of an applied type, it is a correlational descriptive scope, the non-experimental research design is of a explanatory design, it is cross-sectional. Results: In the sociodemographic field, the labor condition is the personnel appointed with 47%, in the female gender 60%, of the participants 44% are under 35 years of age, the type of personnel that perform administrative tasks are 53% 47% care work. Conclusion: Management does not influence job performance (Spearman's Rho = -0.030, p-value 0.719), human talent management has no effect on job performance (Spearman's Rho = -0.048, p-value 0.563), management public does not influence job performance (Spearman's Rho = -0.072, p-value 0.381), human resource management does not influence job performance (Spearman's Rho = -0.083, p-value 0.311), management has no effect on job performance (Spearman's Rho = -0.030, p-value 0.719), management does not influence productivity performance (Spearman's Rho = -0.121, p-value 0.139), management does not influence remuneration and recognition policies (Spearman's Rho = -0.008, p-value 0.919), management does not influence Job Training (Spearman's Rho = -0.006, p-value 0.944).
