Two structured questionnaires were applied: Litwin and Stringer and the General Satisfaction Scale validated by expert judgment. It was found that of the total of the unsatisfied workers 47 percent perceive an adequate work environment, while of the total of those satisfied 100 percent perceive the appropriate organizational climate, as we can see there are highly significant statistical differences (p < 0.001). Job satisfaction is related to some aspects of organizational climate dimensions: structure (organization and assignment of tasks), responsibility (trust for a job well done), reward (highlighting good work), risk (accessibility to new ideas and initiatives) ), interpersonal relationships (environment of friendship and respect), cooperation (teamwork and boss help), identity (predominance of personal interests) and performance standards (show interest in the completion of work). It does not show a significant relationship between the organizational climate in the dimension of conflict management and job satisfaction. In conclusion, there is a direct relationship between the two variables: organizational climate and job satisfaction. The institution presents a moderately adequate work environment and nurses show job satisfaction in 33.3% due to the fact that they feel that: the institution welcomes new ideas and work initiatives (risk dimension), existence of good social relations between heads and subordinates (dimension relations interpersonal), and they can count on their bosses and peers in difficult procedures (cooperation dimension).Publicación Acceso abierto Proceso de atención de consulta externa y la calidad del servicio a los pacientes del Centro de Salud I-4 La Unión - provincia Piura, en el mes de enero 2018.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-06-22) Pingo Bayona, Dennis José; Ayala Mendivil, Ronald EspirituThe objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the perceptions of the outpatient care process and the level of Quality of service received by the C.S. The objective of the study was to evaluate the correlation between the operative and assistance quality in emergency prehospital of a private ambulance in Lima. An observational cross-sectional study carried, taking all urgency and emergency calls that entered the regulatory center in November 2016, obtaining 255 cases. The average (variance) of each group compared using the ANOVA test, medians were compared with the Kruskal Wallis test; Student's T was used to evaluate distance and ANOVA to evaluate time. The correlation was evaluated using R of Pearson and Spearman, considering a level of significance of 5%. As a result, 61.5% of the population was female, the average age was 35.81±23.76 years and the ambulance's average distance of 9.21±17.58 km., The average response time to emergency was 34.69±17.58 minutes related to the distance (p=0.002). The average call reception was 0.68±0.32 minutes and the dispatch time was 0.72±0.35 minutes. Only 3 emergency response performed ≤ 8 minutes (1.17%) and 40 were between 9 to 19 minutes (p˂0.00). For priority I the average response times was 30.10 ± 15.65 minutes and for priority II of 33.64±17.48 minutes (p˂0.339). The patient satisfaction, 86% agreed with the time taken to receive the call, 96.7% agreed with the assistance provided, however, in the emergency response time only 66% were obtained. Concluding that only 3 emergency response care was performed in ≤8 minutes, according to international standards, despite this, high patient satisfaction was observed (90.2%) that is not different according to distance but different from the response time of patients. the ambulance (65.9%), being able to prove that there is a statistically significant quantitative correlation (P˂ 0.001) between operative quality and quality of care.Publicación Acceso abierto Nivel de satisfacción y la calidad de atencion percibida por el usuario externo en el servicio de ortodoncia y ortopedia maxilar de la clinica docente asistencial de la Universidad Norbert Wiener 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-05-30) Nieto Perea, Patricia; Yllú Ponce, Nancy Judith; Ayala Mendivil, Ronald EspirituThis study evaluated the relationship between satisfaction and perceived quality of care by patients attending the orthodontics and maxillary orthopedics service at the Norbert Wiener teaching clinic in 2018.
