    Telemedicina y promoción de la salud en gestantes con riesgo de infección por VIH en un centro de salud, 2021

    Objective: The objective of this research was to determine the level of relationship between Telemedicine and Health Promotion in pregnant women at risk of HIV infection. Material and method: Hypothetical deductive, quantitative, crosssectional, non-experimental and correlational research that included a sample of 75 new pregnant women for prenatal care. The technique used was a selfprepared survey for Telemedicine and Health Promotion. Results: 40.54% of pregnant women surveyed were within the age range of 25 to 31 years, in addition there was a direct and increasing proportionality according to the beginning of sexual relations with the andria. 70.67% of the sample had access to Telemedicine Efficiently, 29.33% was efficiently. However, 57.33% of the total did not present assimilation regarding Health Promotion. Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient yielded a result of 0.201 and the p-value was 0.085. Conclusions: There is no relationship between Telemedicine and Health Promotion in pregnant women at risk of HIV infection.
