(2002) in his article: Importance of Emotional Intelligence, a new challenge for educational guidance cites Salovey and Mayer (1990, p.189) who coined for personal intelligence (in Gardner's terminology) the denomination of emotional intelligence (lE), which they defined as «the capacity to supervise the feelings and emotions of oneself and of others, to discriminate between them and to use this information for the orientation of one's own action and thought »Here emerges self-management, which is the capacity for individual action, the freedom to handle one's own affairs. The objective of the study was to evaluate the self-management in emotional intelligence and its relation with the teaching performance in the Professional Academic School of Medical Technology of the Norbert Wiener University, 2017. The type of research is applied, the nonexperimental design, the population was conformed by the students of the specialty of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation and the sample was represented by 40 students, the type of sampling is intentional or nonprobabilistic for convenience. With respect to the techniques, the survey was used and the questionnaires as instruments. As a result of the study, 0.461 is obtained by applying the Spearman correlation coefficient test, corroborating the general hypothesis.

Research work, entitled “Knowledge and attitudes about adverse events in the culture of patient safety of health personnel of the Divino Niño Jesús Clinic. Lima, 2019. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about adverse events in the patient safety culture of the health staff of the Divine Child Jesus Clinic. Material and method: Due to the type of research, the current work is basic, descriptive, quantitative, prospective, transverse. The population is 60 health personnel. In the variable attitudes the instrument will be a Likert Scale type questionnaire. They contain 28 items. The knowledge variable will use the questionnaire with 10 items, structured in 5 alternatives. Results: The null hypothesis is rejected, having a p = 003. The general hypothesis is fulfilled, there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about events in the patient's safety culture, since the value is, X2 = 11, 429th; g.l. = 2; reason why independence between the research variables is rejected, the relationship between the variables is confirmed, being this positive and significant relationship according to Cramer's V statistic = 0.436. Conclusions: With the present work it was determined that there is no relationship between knowledge and attitudes about adverse events, in the culture of patient safety of the health staff of the divine clinic Jesus child, since, not to have more knowledge, they will Have a better attitude.

Addressing the issue of equality before the law means that all human beings have equal rights, the same consideration and respect on the part of the State, that we can and have the freedom to make our own decisions regarding studies, work, to have the same opportunities and responsibilities. In almost all the constitutions of the countries of America, equality is explicitly stated, without discrimination of race, religion, sex and others. In the same way, it is enshrined in the International Declaration of Human Rights and the American Convention The objective of the investigation was to establish the level of relationship between compliance with the principle of equality before the law and the effective sanction of the supreme judges of the Supreme Court of Peru. The study corresponds to the applied type and non-experimental design, the population was represented by lawyers who have a judicial process in the Supreme Court. The sample consisted of 35 lawyers. The technique used was the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. The Spearman correlation coefficient test was applied to corroborate the hypotheses of the study.

For Chiavenato (2000), the theory of human relations focuses on the humanist model, which achieves better communication between people, with their heads and participation in decisions based on the assigned tasks, as a vehicle, in order to achieve individual satisfaction of the needs as well as to increase the level of morality in Workers. (p.302) One of the elements that underlies the success of an organization is the motivation, for a long time it has been considered that the main motivator is money, the studies carried out in this regard indicate the opposite, the work environment being the one that relieves the stability of the employees. The objective of the research was to establish the level of relationship between the motivation strategies with the work performance in the sales area of the Norbert Wiener University, 2017. The population was formed by the employees of the educational institution and the sample by 30 employees. The technique used was the technique and as an instrument, the questionnaire. As a general conclusion, it was shown that there is a direct relationship between the motivation strategies with the work performance in the sales area of the Norbert Wiener University.

In article N ° 3, Title I of the Object of Copyright, Legislative Decree N ° 822, Law on copyright states that: The protection of copyright falls on all works of the genius, in the literary field or artistic, whatever its gender, form of expression, merit or purpose. The rights recognized in this law are independent of the ownership of the material object in which the work is incorporated, and its enjoyment or exercise are not subject to the requirement of registration or the fulfillment of any other formality. With this legal framework protection of copyright is provided. In our country not all the population knows the scope of this Law and, it is the argument that helped to develop the present investigation with the aim of establishing the level of relationship between the socioeconomic factors with the crime against copyright. The study is of applied type and its design is nonexperimental, the population was represented by the inhabitants of the Jaime Zubieta Calderón Human Settlement in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho and the sample was represented by 80 people. The technique used was the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. The Spearman correlation coefficient test was applied to corroborate the hypotheses of the study.

When Delors (1996) expresses that the university is the place where the heritage of humanity is preserved incessantly renewed "by the use that of it the professors and the researchers make". It is where we observe the importance of the proper formation of the future professionals of the university institutions. This work aims to demonstrate that the fulfilment of the ethical duties in the practice of the law is related to the training provided in the faculties of law. The research is of applied type, the level is evaluative and the design non-experimental. The population is finite, and in respect of the first variable, it is constituted by the 10 best faculties of law, according to the ranking published by the Specialized magazine America Economía, and by the second, 240 lawyers who work in the Faculty of Law of the University San Martín de Porres. The sample was formed by 04 (four) faculties of law and by 148 lawyers of the mentioned population. This sample was established using the probabilistic method. To achieve this objective, we worked on the review of the curricula of four faculties of law of the city of Lima, and with the opinion of lawyers who work in the Faculty of Law of the university San Martin de Porres compiled through the application of a survey. The study concluded that in the process of learning the law it is necessary to prioritize the teaching of ethics in the training of lawyers.

The objective of the investigation was to determine the relationship of professional training in forensic expertise of sexual violence postgraduate degree in psychologi from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, 2020. Regarding the methodology, the study was quantitative, non-experimental, crosssectional and correlational. Likewise, the census-type sample made up of the entire population, that is, 20 forensic psychologists attending a postgraduate course at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, a survey made up of two questionnaires was used to collect the information and to respond to the Objectives and hypotheses, Spearman's Rho correlation statistic was used. The results showed that the average age of the forensic psychologists was 43.4 ± 11.5 years, 40% were over 45 years old, 65% were women and 45% had a working time of 6 to 15 years. It was also observed that 55% of the participants had a regular professional training level and 45% carried out a medium-level forensic expertise. Likewise, there is a significant positive relationship between professional training and forensic expertise in cases of sexual violence (p = 0.006, Rho = 0.591). In addition, the relationship between vocational training and the general training dimension (p = 0.005, Rho = 0.597), with the specialization dimension (p = 0.037, Rho = 0.469) and with the professional practice dimension (p = 0.004, Rho = 0.618). In conclusion, professional training is positively related to forensic expertise of sexual violence in psychologi from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, 2020.

To this day, efforts have been made in every country in the world to establish mechanisms that help to prevent mistreatment of women. This situation that affects society so much has generated studies, research from the health, education, with a single objective that is to characterize this social phenomenon. The United Nations Organization defines violence against women as "any act of gender violence that results in, or may result in, physical, sexual or psychological harm to women, including threats of such acts, coercion or deprivation. arbitrary freedom, whether they occur in public or private life »The objective of the study was to establish the level of relationship between the implementation of houses of refuge with emotional stability in women victims of abuse in Apurímac. The study corresponds to the applied type and non-experimental design, the population was represented by the women victims of mistreatment and the sample consisted of 35 women. The technique used was the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. As a general conclusion, it was shown that there is a direct relationship in 77.55% corresponding to the assessment of the implementation of houses of refuge with respect to emotional stability in women victims of abuse.

Expertise is a means of proof that derives at an explanatory level and a greater understanding of some situation or fact. In order to obtain it, a specific scientific, technical, and artistic knowledge is required, that is, qualified, subject to certain parameters of expertise. The assessment is a practice that belongs exclusively to the judges who have knowledge of the cause. In fact, it concerns the judge to verify the evidence, expertise presented at the trial, and once all the components have been assembled, he must issue a solution that is linked to them, and thus give a good end to the case raised. The relevance of the oral trial as a procedural principle is that it meets the demands established by the delivery of justice in democratic countries. That is why in the present investigation it is proposed as a driving force in investigating how the assessment of phonetic expertise affects the oral trial of crimes related to organized crime, National Criminal Chamber, Lima 2015-2018.

The idea of motivation comes from Descartes where the motivational process is the "Will". The cognitive perspective of motivation mentioned by (Barreno, 2018) is a demanding process, with a high intellectual degree projecting their expectations towards high motivation, which is directly proportional in learning and their qualifications. Then, the intrinsic motivation for (Orbegozo, 2016) Born from the concerns and efforts of each person to improve their academic life. The general objective of this study was to describe the relationship between intrinsic motivation and self-perception of the achievement of learning in students of the second specialty in the area of neonatology at Norbert Wiener University, 2019. Quantitative, applicative, non-experimental design, correlational and cross-sectional level, the population was 43 and sample was integrated by 40 students of the nursing specialties in the neonatal area (neonatal intensive care and neonatology) of the Academic Cycle II of 2019-I with non-probabilistic sampling, the technique was the survey and the instrument the questionnaires. The result of the intrinsic motivation was according to its dimensions: Establishment of objectives (82.5%), Projections (85%) and Aspirations (87.5%) of the students, regarding the selfperception of the achievement of learning in students of nursing specialties in the neonatal area. Likewise, the general hypothesis was corroborated by applying the Spearman correlation test being significant at .043 p value <0.05 between the two variables. Cronbach's Alpha for intrinsic Motivation (0.902) being excellent reliability; and for Self-perception of learning achievement (0.869) being a good reliability.

The thesis was aimed at determining to what extent the protection of the scene by the first police intervener influences the intangibility of evidence and evidence in the crime of qualified homicide. Ancash Police Region, 2018. The type of research was descriptive-correlational, explanatory, with quantitative approach, non-experimental design - transversal. The sample was not probabilistic for what was considered to be 120 police officers - first police intervener and 15 experts specialized in crime scene inspection, in a total of 135 police officers belonging to the Ancash Police Region. Coming to the conclusion that the lack of preparation of police personnel and logistics are the causes that influence the intangibility of the evidence and evidence in the qualified homicide.

This Scholarship has as a beneficiary population the students graduated from high school with high academic performance and low resources in the Household Targeting System - SISFOH. The objective of the study was to establish the level of the relationship between the relevance of the access policy and the use of the National Undergraduate Scholarship 18 awarded to private institutions in the 2014 PRONABEC Call. The type of research is the application and its non-experimental design, the research has become the independent variable such as the population and the experts in management of the dependent variable of the managers and specialists; with respect to the sample of non-probabilistic character were 38 people: 8 experts and 30 managers. The technique of the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. The Spearman correlation coefficient test was applied to corroborate the hypotheses of the study.

The objective of the study was to evaluate the proposal of accessibility to bank secrecy in the investigations of the Financial Intelligence Unit and its relation with the prevention of money laundering in Peru - 2018. The type of research is applied and its design is not experimental, the population was represented by the executives of the Financial Intelligence Unit and the lawyers of the specialty in criminal law, with respect to the sample, casual sampling was selected, also called sampling for accessibility (not probabilistic) represented by 40 people: 10 executives of the Financial Intelligence Unit and 30 lawyers. The process of early termination is a form of procedural simplification that is based on a criminal transaction and consists of the agreement between the defendant and the prosecutor, according to the protocol of early termination is intended to strengthen the performance of justice operators in the application of the special process of Advanced Termination. The present investigation focuses on article 469 with respect to the process with plurality of punishable and imputed facts regarding the connection, in this context the objective of the investigation is to evaluate the proposed modification in the application of the early termination in the crimes against the public administration and its relation with the effectiveness in the processes of the Courts. The research corresponds to the applied type and its design is non-experimental, the population was represented by professionals in Criminal Law Carlos Zavala Loayza headquarters and the sample was represented by 40 people. The technique used was the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. The Spearman correlation coefficient test was applied to corroborate the hypotheses of the study. As a conclusion, the general percentage indicates that the proposed modification in the application of early termination in crimes against public administration, considering the indicator: suppression of the connection of the criminal type, is almost always 89.00% in relation to the effectiveness in the trial.

El uso de la gamificación para el logro de competencias en planificación estratégica de estudiantes de posgrado en una universidad peruana, Lima – 2020

The study contributes to determine to what extent gamification favors the achievement of professional competences in strategic planning of graduate students, under the b-learning modality. The method was quantitative, under a quasi-experimental design, of explanatory level, through an intervention program to 100 students of master's programs, through 05 sessions for a pretest to the participants, 20 experimental sessions to study the process of achievement of competencies in the process, performance, and context dimensions in strategic planning in the design, implementation and evaluation and 05 post-test, in 50 students as an experimental group and a group of 50 students who have developed their learning process without gamification or control group, both in the b-learning modality. The developed design has been executed considering comparison groups and with group equivalences, using students from previously integrated classrooms in which gamification or serious game called "Business Simulator" has been applied, which allows working in groups of students to take decision-making, strategic planning through the design, evaluation and achievement of its objectives, receiving feedback and knowledge support in 04 learning modules under the guidance of the course teacher. The research contributes to the strengthening of competencies in higher education at the postgraduate level, through theapplication of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), through gamification.
