Materials and methods: Systematic investigations are an observational and retrospective research design that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations, which are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to its rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of the clinical practice. Results: The articles were located in the Lilacs, Scielo, Pudmeb, Lilacs databases. The final sample was 9 articles between a systematic and cross-sectional review which met the main research question, the results show that the issue of staffing in nursing is a competence of nursing administration, however some health institutions assign the personnel in a traditional way according to the number of beds and patients which causes routine treatment; The articles studied agree that a classification of patients must be made and according to these characteristics the corresponding allocation of resources capable of providing adequate and efficient care can be made. Conclusions: The reviewed articles show a firm relationship between nursing staffing and the quality of nursing care in the various health services; also showing that adequate proportionality in the provision of nursing resources is also related to the prevention of complications and adverse events in patients, a main component of patient safety.Ítem Acceso abierto Relationship of humanized nursing care with the satisfaction of COVID 19 patients of the surgery hospitalization service of the Ate Vitarte emergency hospital - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-24) Ramos Rueda, Maribel Yolanda; Uturunco Vera, Milagros LizbethCare is the primary focus of the nurse in their daily work. It is important that this care is viewed holistically, strengthening the nurse's actions and turning it into humanized care. In turn, patient satisfaction will be the response that allows us to measure the efficiency of the care provided by the nurse, improving it if any deficiencies are found in order to meet the patient's needs and expectations. The main objective of the research is to establish the relationship between humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction for Covid-19 patients. The research is applied, with a quantitative approach, correlational and cross-sectional design. The sample consists of 108 patients, and the survey will be the data collection technique. To measure humanized care, the Perception of Humanized Nursing Care Behaviors questionnaire will be used, focusing on the dimensions of nursing qualities, patient-nurse communication openness, and willingness to provide care. To assess patient satisfaction, the SERVQUAL instrument will be used, with its five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The data will then be organized in Excel, and the final results will be presented in tables and graphs.
