    The research was carried out in a time of pandemic, where education was developed in a time full of emotions of uncertainty, fear and hope, thus showing the need for certain capacities of teachers to carry out their pedagogical practice successfully. For reason, the objective of the research analyzed the incidence of creativity and socio-emotional capacity of 9 cases of teachers in Bogotá, and how they affect their pedagogical practice in 2020. The inductive method, qualitative approach, phenomenological design and study are used. of cases. The sample was selective, for which 3 teachers from official schools, 3 teachers from private schools and 3 teachers from agreed schools will be chosen. The TECA test to measure emotional intelligence, the CREA test to analyze creative intelligence, a Checklist and an in-depth interview were applied to analyze the pedagogical practice category. Each of the instruments was validated by 10 experts in the area. The application of instruments was divided, so as not to interrupt the teachers' work time. the investigation was fruitful for later studies of educational psychology.

    El conocimiento de buenas prácticas de manufactura y su influencia en la manipulacion de alimentos en estudiantes de un instituto superior de Lima-2021

    The objective of this study was to determine the influence of the good practices in food handling in nutrition students of a higher institute in Lima in the year 2021; the study approach was quantitative, applied type, with a non-experimental, causal correlational design. The population was made up of 400 nutrition and dietetics students from a higher institute in Lima and the sample that was extracted through non-probabilistic sampling was made up of 107 students. The technique and instrument used in data collection was the survey and the questionnaire, respectively, with prior informed consent. The results were processed with the ordinal logistic regression test, which yielded a theoretical significance of 0.002 < 0.05 with a Nagelkerke coefficient of 0.143, which indicates that the degree of influence of knowledge on the is 14.3%. The study concluded that knowledge of good manufacturing practices significantly influences food handling in nutrition and dietetics students from a higher institute in Lima-2021.

    Los factores socioeconómicos, académicos e individuales y su relación con la deserción estudiantil en una universidad privada de Lima – periodo 2019

    The objective of this research was to determine to what extent socioeconomic, academic and individual factors are related to student dropout at a private university in Lima during the period 2019. The study was developed within the parameters of the quantitative approach. Basic research was used, since from the theory the behavior of the study variables and the existing relationships has been evidenced. The method was the hypothetical deductive, understood as those procedures that arise from the hypotheses to refute or falsify them, drawing conclusions that must be confronted with the facts. The design was non-experimental and descriptive-correlational level, since it describes how the variables are manifested. The population was 903 dropout students and the sample of 145 students from the various schools and faculties of the Norbert Wiener Private University. The instrument was the questionnaire. It was concluded that there is a relationship coefficient of r = 0.799 between the variables socioeconomic, academic and individual factors and student dropout and a significance of p = 0.000, consequently, the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted.

    This investigation in the implementation of strategy of educational step for the better the cohabitation at the educational institution Andrés Bello of San Alberto, Ceasing . In order to formulate like general objective to determine the relation between the implementation of strategy of educational step and the cohabitation of grades. His scarce background denote the new thing of the investigation justified by the accelerated social changes and particularly in the local education. Character methodological fixes it: The kind of study of this investigation is of explanatory proper type that two variables, the study's design relate themselves correlational, the kind of investigation is applied of mixed character ( quantitative and qualitative ), is the population that counts on 3,827 students distributed at two seats in all the levels where the opinion polls like sign applied to 104 students of the grades tenth and eleventh. The analyses of results and proposal based in the prosocialidad like central axis of moral values, attitudes and emotions like generating plant of well-being of people.
