    Factores de riesgo y accidentes laborales del personal de salud en el servicio centro quirúrgico del hospital Marino Molina Scippa, Lima 2023

    The present research work was carried out with the objective of "Determining the relationship between risk factors and occupational accidents of health personnel, in the surgical center service of the Hospital Marino Molina Scippa, Lima 2023". The Methodology that was used is hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, the type of research is applied, with a correlational scope; In addition, the design is cross-sectional and non-experimental. The data collection technique was a survey, and two questionnaires were used as instruments that have been previously validated; regarding the risk factors variable, 5 dimensions and 17 items will be included; In the case of the occupational accidents variable, 3 dimensions were considered with a total of 25 items. The data analysis was carried out through the application of the SPSS Statistics 26 program. Results For the hypothesis test, the Chi square test (X2) was applied. In addition, 74.5% presented some risk factor; however, 25.5% reported not presenting any type of factor. Likewise, 16.4% are infrequent, while 65.5% are habitual, and finally only 18.2% reported that accidents are very frequent. Lastly, there is a significant relationship between risk factors and occupational accidents among health personnel (p<0.05). Reaching the conclusion that there is a significant relationship between risk factors and personal health work accidents.
