For this reason, this study is aimed at determining the relationship between the management of human talent and the job performance of nurses who work in the Villa Panamericana isolation center, Lima 2022. The epistemic and methodological connections, based on the Hypothetical - deductive method that tries to give answers to different questions raised assuming hypotheses that are believed to be true. It was framed in the quantitative approach, since knowledge was the objective and this is developed through a deductive process in which hypotheses are contrasted; applied, not experimental, the population was 456 nurses from the care area and the sample was structured by 141 nurses. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient with the variable referring to human talent management being 0.96 and for the variable on job performance was 0.92, both of which for the present investigation are assumed to be highly reliable. Concluding the non-existence of from the variables management of human talent and work performance of the nurses who work in the Villa Panamericana Isolation Center.Publicación Acceso abierto La gestión del talento humano y su relación con el desempeño laboral del personal del hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión, Huancayo -2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-25) Núñez Medina, Marisol Esther; Hermoza Moquillaza, Rocío VictoriaThis research was conducted with the objective of "Determining the relationship between human talent management and the work performance of the staff of the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital, Huancayo 2022". Cross-sectional research using a quantitative, correlational, and non-experimental approach. The population consists of 100 nursing participants from the medicine and surgery service; the data collection technique was a survey; the instrument used was a questionnaire on human talent management with its corresponding dimensions of personnel selection and personnel training, which consists of 6 items; and the second variable: work performance, which has two dimensions, quality of work and teamwork, which consists of 12 items. Within the results it was found that the human talent management of medium level, 33% present medium level job performance, 8% present a medium level of human talent management, while presenting a good job performance, and 3% present a medium level of human talent management, while presenting an insufficient job performance, concluding that there is a relationship between human talent management and job performance of the staff of the hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión, Huancayo 2022.
