Aplicación del Lean Manufacturing para mejorar la productividad administrativa en un centro educativo en Lima- 2025

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el impacto de la aplicación del Lean Manufacturing en la productividad administrativa de un centro educativo en Lima. El estudio es de tipo aplicado, con un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño cuasiexperimental de tipo pre-test y post-test. La problemática inicial identificada mediante el Mapeo de la Cadena de Valor (VSM) mostró que el 72% del tiempo en procesos clave, como la matrícula, correspondía a actividades que no agregaban valor (desperdicios). La intervención consistió en la implementación de herramientas Lean como 5S, Gestión Visual y estandarización de procesos. Los resultados, analizados mediante la prueba T de Student para muestras relacionadas, revelaron una mejora significativa en la productividad (p < 0.05), logrando reducir el tiempo de ciclo promedio de 28.34 a 10.9 minutos y disminuyendo los desperdicios al 42%. Se concluye que la metodología Lean es eficaz para optimizar la gestión administrativa en el sector educativo básico, reduciendo la burocracia y mejorando el flujo de trabajo bajo un nivel de confianza del 95%.

Calidad del desempeño docente y la satisfacción académica de los estudiantes en una universidad de Lima, 2023

The objective of this research was to "determine the relationship between the quality of teaching performance and the academic satisfaction of university students" at a university in Lima, using the Hypothetical-deductive method, whose conclusions were compared with the evidence of the facts from to falsify or refute a hypothesis, the research was applied, with a quantitative approach and the research design is non-experimental. The sample was defined by 125 students from a university in Lima. 2023 and due to the context of the investigation, this was non-probabilistic sampling for convenience, using the survey technique for data collection, applying two ordinal Likert scales as instruments. For the validation of the instruments, it was considered to use the Judgment of 5 experts in the field and the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient to measure the reliability of the instruments. The SPSS statistical package, version 26, was applied to analyze the database. In the results it is concluded according to the opinion of most of the students that the performance of their teachers is of a high level and their academic satisfaction is high (84%), the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates the significant relationship between the variables and Spearman's coefficient is 0.864 confirms that the relationship between the variables is direct and very good.

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship of the organizational culture with the desertion of students of the sixth grade of the Post-Primary, Balcones IE Educational Headquarters Agricultural Technical Institute of the Municipality of Norte de Santander Convention, Colombia 2016. Taking as reference This thematic axis, the research focused on elucidating the multiple factors that have made this problem lodged in the usual course of school dynamics of the institution. In this sense, the research managed to identify some factors at the Academic level such as low school performance and low personal economic resources, as high triggers in the school dropout of the Institution under investigation. In the period 2015 - 2017, whose percentage is 55%, being the rural sees where the increase of this situation is mainly the students of 6th grade of the postprimary, having this precedent takes the Balcones institution headquarters where they are exercised the functions of teacher, for which a sample of 100% is taken being of non-probabilistic census cut; that corresponds to 26 being the totality of sixth grade students, which for the aforementioned are at risk of dropping out. The research is applied, which in turn corroborated that the greatest responsibility in the problem lies in the influence of the social in the family and vice versa; hence, it has been a pedagogical, didactic and sociological challenge to try to unveil its causes and solve them.

Factores de influencia en el rendimiento académico en los estudiantes de la maestría de Gestión en Salud Universidad Wiener

It is shown that there are factors of different nature that intervene in academic performance, which makes it a multi-causal phenomenon, in which psychosocial, sociodemographic, pedagogical, socioeconomic and institutional components must be analyzed, as they interact with each other and jointly , determine the final result; what entails an explanatory complexity that can not be ignored. (Garbanzo, 2013). The objective of the study was to evaluate the factors influencing academic performance in students of the Master of Health Management at the Norbert Wiener University, 2018. The type of research is applied, with a quantitative approach, the nonexperimental design. The population was conformed by the students of the masters in health management of the University and the probabilistic sample was represented by 49 students. With respect to the techniques, the survey was used and the questionnaires as instruments. In conclusion, it is demonstrated that there are no influence factors (working times, study habits, social skills, institutional academic) over the academy performance of Health Management Master students of Wiener University, 2018.

Formación extracurricular en valores en la expectativa de autoeficacia de estudiantes del cuarto al décimo nivel de educación general básica de una escuela fiscal en Quito – Ecuador, 2014- 2015

This study examines the impact of extracurricular formation in ethics and moral values in the self-efficacy of kids from a public school in Quito during the 2014 – 2015 term. To do that we conducted an explanatory study with an ex post facto non experimental design. We applied the Carrasco and Del Barrio (2002) selfefficacy scale modified for Ecuador; its validity was calculated as V>0,80 in every item and its fiability was verified with a Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0,742. The instrument was applied to 25 kids that attend to the extracurricular formation in ethics and moral values, and was applied as well to 110 kid that don’t benefit from this stimulus. From there, we compared the scores obtained in the two groups regarding their general, academic, social, and self-regulatory self-efficacy, in order to determine if there’s such a significative statistic difference between the two groups using the Student t test and Mann Whitney test. The results show that kids attending extracurricular formation in ethics and moral values had better levels of general, academic, social, and auto-regulatory selfefficacy, showing significative statistic difference with those that didn’t benefit from that stimulus. Therefore, we concluded affirming that is necessary to promote this kind of experiences in kids.

La gestión de la calidad universitaria y el proceso de acreditación en la facultad de ingeniería industrial y de sistemas de la universidad nacional Federico Villareal

The aim of the present research work was to determine whether there is a relationship between the management of the quality of education and the accreditation process at the faculty of industrial and systems engineering from the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal, 2019. This thesis research focused on the problematic situation in terms of the factors of quality management that can affect the process of accreditation of the power of industrial and systems Engineering of the UNFV. Some factors considered have been the institutional management, the administrative management, the curriculum management and the management of the research. The research methodology was based on a model that is not experimental, with a descriptive – correlational and the sample was 80 people between the flat administrative and teaching faculty who practice a survey, using a questionnaire conducted on the Likert scale, this in order to easily measure their opinion and their responses to claims that are unknown, as a main result it was determined that the quality of the management of education was significantly related to the accreditation process at the faculty of industrial and systems engineering from the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal, 2019, as we obtained a correlation coefficient Rho of Spearman, has the value of 0.726** and the sigma (bilateral) is 0.000 which is less than the parameter theoretical of 0.05.

Influencia del liderazgo pedagógico de la dirección y la gestión educativa en la práctica docente del SENA en Colombia – 2020

The study sought to determine the influence of the pedagogical leadership of the educational direction and management in the teaching practice of SENA in Colombia - 2020. The research was applied with a mixed or hybrid methodological approach. In its first phase, a quantitative analysis, hypothetico-deductive method, causal correlational scope and a non-experimental cross-sectional design were addressed, and in a second phase a qualitative analysis, inductive method, descriptive level and a phenomenologicalhermeneutical design. The population was made up of instructors and educational directors at the national level from 33 regional SENA in Colombia. The sample considered instructors and teaching directors with one year of seniority, thus allowing to define a nonprobabilistic sample for convenience of 201 instructors participating in a survey applied through the effective leadership practices questionnaire (García-Garnica, 2016) and for the qualitative study , 8 teaching directors from different regions who participated in an interview through the semi-structured interview guide instrument proposed by (Requena & Ribera, 2019) both adapted instruments, validated by expert judgments. The results showed a significant correlation of the pedagogical leadership variable and the educational management variable of the teaching directors with the teaching practice variable, and its dimensions of accompanying the teaching staff and linking the teaching staff in directive activities, highlighting the benefits of exercising distributed leadership that achieves the involvement of the work team and fosters the appropriation of an institutional culture that generates commitment towards the fulfillment of the goals and facility for change.

Liderazgo directivo y aprendizaje estudiantil en la institución educativa Virgen del Carmen N°5017 de Bellavista- Callao, 2019

Objective: Determine the relationship between the perception of directive leadership and student learning in the Virgin of Carmen Educational Institution No. 5017 of Bellavista-Callao, 2019. Methodology: The study was basic, quantitative, prospective, cross-sectional, correlational in scope and non-experimental design. The sample studied was based on a census population of 20 teachers between 20 and 60 years and a census population of 20 students belonging to the 6th grade of primary school. Data were collected through a leadership style questionnaire and a nationally standardized grade record. Statistical analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2010 software and the statistical program Statical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 22.0. The data were recorded in terms of descriptive measures; in addition the standard deviation was presented. The study found that there is a low degree of correlation between the variables (Spearman's Rho: 0.205) with a bilateral level of significance of 0.05, that is to say 95% confidence. When the coefficient of determination was squared, it was obtained that the leadership determines the presence of student learning by 4.2025% at the headquarters of the study. Conclusion: There is no direct or significant relationship between the perception of directive leadership and student learning in the Virgin of Carmen Educational Institution No. 5017 of Bellavista-Callao, 2019.

Nivel de participación de la escuela de padres y la gestión educativa en las instituciones del municipio de Florencia Caquetá – Colombia, en el año 2015

The present investigation, entitled "Level of participation of the school of parents and the educational management in the institutions of the Municipality of Florencia Caquetá - Colombia, in the year 2015", was proposed to determine the relationship between the school of parents and the educational management. The methodology of the research is applied, quantitative approach, correlational method and non-experimental design. As a population, the 6,500 parents were taken from the Technical Industrial, Salle and Jorge Eliecer Gaitán educational institutions in Florence. The sample consisted of 363 parents from the respective institutions and a simple random sample was used. The instruments used were the survey, the semistructured interview, the focus group and the workshop. The test of the hypothesis was made through the Chi Square Test, concluding that there is a significant relationship between the school of parents and educational management in the Institutions of the Municipality of Florencia- Caquetá- Colombia, in 2015, meaning that There is a relationship between the dimensions of institutional strategies, parental involvement, communication and knowledge of the school, parent training and parent-child relationships of the variable parent school and human resources, material resources, management and management academic and administrative and the pedagogical aspects of the educational management variable.

In the research entitled "Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 and perception of the quality of university service in the Professional Academic School of Industrial Engineering and Business Management of the Private University Norbert Wiener in the 2018", the objective was to determine the relationship that exists between the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 and the perception of the quality of university service in the Professional Academic School of Industrial Engineering and Business Management of the Private University Norbert Wiener in 2018. The research was of the applied type, correlational descriptive level, transversal nonexperimental design, hypothetical deductive method; with a sample of 124 students of the Industrial Engineering and Business Management Degree, selected at random. To collect the data, two surveys were applied, one of each variable, the same ones that were analyzed and processed. It is based on the study by Villatoro (2012) that referred to the Quality Management System and Ibarra and Espinoza (2014) who referred to Perception of quality. As a result of this process it was evidenced that the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015, if it has a direct relation with the perception of the quality of the university service, reached up to 75% of agreement and totally in agreement with the Operations of the area.
