Este estudio fue básico, hipotético deductivo, de diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La población estuvo compuesta por 149 directores técnicos de droguerías del distrito de Los Olivos. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento fueron dos cuestionarios. Como principales resultados se pudo comprobar mediante la estadística inferencial la variable Cumplimiento de BPDYT tuvo relación directa con las dimensiones operaciones logísticas (p=0,000), Despachos a provincias (p=0,000) y Recursos Insuficientes (p=0,002). Concluyendo que hubo relación estadísticamente significativa entre el Cumplimiento de BPDYT y el análisis de dificultades, desde el análisis de los directores técnicos de droguerías del distrito de Los Olivos, Lima 2024.Publicación Acceso abierto Aplicabilidad de los procedimientos operativos estándar de farmacovigilancia en la droguería Paquisfarma, Comas-2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2026-02-05) Escate Campos, Noelia Hormecinda; Figueroa Martel, Fiorela; Alvarado Pinedo, Carlos MarvinEste estudio tuvo como propósito determinar el grado de aplicabilidad de los procedimientos operativos estándar sobre farmacovigilancia en Droguería Paquisfarma, Comas - 2024. Se utilizó una aproximación numérica, diseño observacional, y transeccional. Como población considerada fue de todos los documentos técnicos relacionados con farmacovigilancia de la droguería para evaluar una muestra seleccionada. Mediante una lista de cotejo validada se recolectó la data, basada en el “Manual de Buenas Prácticas de Farmacovigilancia”. Como resultados, se encontró que el cumplimiento de los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar en aseguramiento de la calidad fue del 85,7%, del cual no se cumplió con la existencia de validación del proceso; en la dimensión del personal, hubo cumplimiento del 50% al cumplirse con contar con plan de capacitaciones pero no con recursos humanos; y en la dimensión de procedimientos, se cumplió al 76,9%, faltando en los siguientes: existencia de procesos administraivos de peticiones de datos requeridos por la Autoridad Nacional de medicamentos, existencia de procedimientos adquiridos para un control de herramientas regulables y existencia de procedimientos para la evaluación permanente del perfil de seguridad. Por ello, se concluyó que hubo un cumplimiento general satisfactorio del 77,3%, aunque hay áreas con margen de mejora, especialmente en la dimensión de recursos humanos.Publicación Acceso abierto Benchmarking Interno y Reducción de Observaciones en Inspecciones en dos Cadenas de boticas en Lima Metropolitana 2022-2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-10-02) Ureta Medina, Ketty Amelia; Parreño Tipián, Juan ManuelA correlational study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between internal benchmarking and the reduction of inspection findings in two pharmacy chains in Metropolitan Lima over a period of 16 months. 180 inspection reports were analyzed using document analysis and SPSS software. The results indicate a low correlation (Cramer's V = 0.296) between the two variables. Although the relationship is not very strong, the findings suggest a positive trend: as the application of internal benchmarking intensifies, a decrease in the number of inspection findings is observed. However, further research with larger samples is required to draw more robust conclusions. This study provides preliminary evidence on the usefulness of internal benchmarking as a tool to improve regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.Publicación Acceso abierto Buenas prácticas de almacenamiento en los botiquines domiciliarios y accesibilidad a servicios de salud en habitantes de la Urbanización Universal Santa Anita, Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-10-27) Carrillo Poma, Mayra Luz; Cano Pérez, Carlos AlfredoEl objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento en los botiquines domiciliarios y la accesibilidad a servicios de salud, en habitantes de la urbanización universal santa Anita. La investigación fue de método deductivo, de tipo aplicadas, con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de nivel correlacional y corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 364 habitantes de la Urbanización Universal, Se utilizó un cuestionario de encuesta para recopilar datos y la hipótesis se probó mediante la prueba Rho de Spearman. Hallazgos las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento en los botiquines domiciliarios y accesibilidad a servicios de salud presentan una relación moderada (Rho = 0.366), que las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento en los botiquines domiciliarios y accesibilidad a los centros de salud presentan una relación moderada (Rho = 0.308), que las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento en los botiquines domiciliarios y accesibilidad cultural presentan una relación fuerte (Rho = 0.803), que las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento en los botiquines domiciliarios y accesibilidad económica presentan una relación moderada inversa (Rho = -0.419). Conclusión. Methodology: A deductive method with a quantitative approach was applied. The study was also basic and had a descriptive, longitudinal, and prospective level. Results: The average compliance with GSP among the drugstores regarding the quality assurance system was 18.00% (LOW) on the first visit, 27.00% (LOW) on the second, and 35.00% (LOW) on the third. For facilities and distribution, concerning location and required areas, compliance was 40.00% (LOW) on the first visit, 47.00% (LOW) on the second, and 50.00% (MEDIUM) on the third. For documentation (official books, SOPs, etc.), compliance was 29.00% (LOW) on the first visit, 39.00% (LOW) on the second, and 54.00% (MEDIUM) on the third. For human resources (knowledge, understanding, and compliance with the GSP Manual), it was 23.00% (LOW) on the first visit, 35.00% (LOW) on the second, and 36.00% (LOW) on the third. It is worth noting that the drugstores did not have temperature-sensitive products and thus did not require refrigeration or freezer units. Conclusion: The evaluated points of GSP in the five pharmaceutical establishments (drugstores) had a compliance of 27.50% (LOW) on the first visit, 37.00% (LOW) on the second, and 43.75% (LOW) on the third. Therefore, the overall objective of the study was to establish the association between good storage practices and medication safety in the warehouse of the LAFARMED S.A. pharmacy in Comas, in order to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in operational procedures. The methodology adopted is quantitative, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The techniques used were direct observation and structured interviews with warehouse personnel, employing a checklist validated by the Good Storage Practices Manual Ministerial Resolution 132 2015- Ministry of health. The population included both the warehouse infrastructure and equipment, as well as all personnel responsible for medication storage, control, and safety activities. The results showed a significant association between good storage practices and medication safety (χ²=13,508, p <0,05). In conclusion, proper adherence to storage practices ensures the safety and quality of medicines.Publicación Acceso abierto Buenas prácticas de distribución y transporte de productos farmacéuticos según la normativa Resolución Ministerial N° 833-2015/MINSA en la droguería Biomedical Logistics del distrito de Punta Hermosa – Lima Metropolitana 2021–2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-20) Mendoza Blancas, Darghi Tifhany Kiara; Rendon Poma, Yesabel; Rojas Wisa, Oscar FavioThe general objective of the research was to determine compliance with Good Distribution and Transport Practices (GDP&T) for pharmaceutical products, according to Ministerial Resolution N° 833-2015/MINSA, at the Biomedical Logistics drugstore in the Punta Hermosa district of Metropolitan Lima from 2021 to 2022. The methodology applied was the analytical method, with a quantitative approach, a basic type, a non-experimental design, and a cross-sectional scope. A 29-question questionnaire was used as the instrument for data collection, and it was answered by 65 people who actively participate in the distribution and transport process at the drugstore. Results: The statistical results showed that 60% represented total compliance, 38% partial compliance, and 2% non-compliance with GDP&T. The result demonstrates that compliance is partial and limited at the Biomedical Logistics drugstore. The present research titled "COMPARISON OF THE COMPLIANCE WITH GOOD STORAGE PRACTICES IN BIOS PERU S.A.C. BETWEEN 2018 AND 2021" studied the changes between 2018 and 2021 through document analysis. Objective: To compare the compliance with Good Storage Practices (BPA) at BIOS PERU S.A.C. in 2018 and 2021. Methodology: Analytical-deductive approach with a quantitative focus, basic research type, non-experimental design, longitudinal scope, and descriptive reach. Results: The compliance differences between 2018 and 2021 were 25%, 100%, 33%, 0%, 7%, 40%, and 0% in the dimensions of Quality System, Personnel, Facilities, Equipment and Instruments, Documentation, Complaints, and Self-Inspections, respectively. Conclusions: The level of compliance with Good Storage Practices (BPA) at BIOS PERU S.A.C. between 2018 and 2021 was compared, revealing a percentage difference due to the lack of improvements in various areas. Se tuvo como resultados que el nivel de comprensión de una supervisión sobre las buenas prácticas de oficina farmacéutica fue de nivel medio en un 45,8%, y la disposición al cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas fue de 43,3%, asimismo se halló una relación significativa entre las variables (Rho=781, p=0,000). The methodology used was basic, inductive-observational, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The instrument employed was a 20-question questionnaire administered to 107 third-year students from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry through simple random sampling. The results showed that 53.3% of students had a medium level of knowledge, followed by 27.1% with a high level and 19.6% with a low level of knowledge regarding GSDTP for pharmaceutical products. By dimensions, 70.1% were found to have a low level of knowledge, while only 2.8% had a high level of knowledge in the operational procedures dimension, and 1.9% had a high level in the operational definitions dimension. This indicates that the students of the faculty lack awareness of the important topics and key points in manuals on good storage, distribution, and transportation practices. This research was developed because the Good Storage Practices Manual is constantly applied in the professional field. The study was grounded in the experience gained as graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, and based on the syllabi of related courses, with the goal of improving them. The results showed that, out of a total of 130 students, 41.54% demonstrated a low level of knowledge, 49.23% a medium level, and 9.23% a high level. Since the most frequent outcome was a medium level of knowledge, it was concluded that one of the main factors is the insufficient number of academic hours dedicated to this topic, which hinders optimal learning for graduates. It is recommended to standardize the teaching hours for this subject, balancing the coverage of Good Storage Practices with Good Manufacturing Practices, as these competencies are essential in the professional field.Publicación Acceso abierto Conocimiento sobre buenas prácticas de almacenamiento y grado de cumplimiento en el servicio de farmacia del Hospital Municipal Los Olivos – 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-06-20) Cajaleón Aguirre, Karen Elizabeth; Aquino Comun, MeryThe general objective of this research was to establish the relationship between the level of knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP) and the degree of compliance in the Pharmacy Service of the Los Olivos Municipal Hospital in 2020. Materials and method: The research method was observational, documentary-inductive, a basic type, with a quantitative approach, a descriptive-correlational level, a cross-sectional scope, and a non-experimental design. A 33-question questionnaire with single-choice answers for the knowledge variable was applied to 80 voluntary participants. An inspection guide with 74 items for the GSP compliance variable was applied in situ in the storage area. Results: The personnel's level of knowledge was regular (45%), good (30%), and poor (25%). Regarding the degree of GSP compliance, 56.25% were non-compliant, and 43.75% were compliant. The relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance with GSP is direct and significant, with a p-value of 0.000 (less than 0.05). Conclusion: The personnel's level of knowledge is regular to good; consequently, they do comply with Good Storage Practices. Material y Método: Este estudio empleará un método hipotético-deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo y tipo aplicado, utilizando un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y nivel correlacional. La población estará compuesta por 90 integrantes del personal de enfermería del Hospital II Pucallpa, aplicándose la muestra a toda la población debido a su tamaño limitado. La recolección de datos se realizará mediante encuestas. Para la variable "conocimiento", se utilizará un cuestionario de 20 preguntas basado en las dimensiones de material estéril, condiciones de transporte, almacenamiento, espacio físico, ubicación temperatura y condiciones de almacenamiento; validado por expertos con una confiabilidad de 0.813 (fórmula K-R 20), adaptado del trabajo de Sánchez Díaz (2021). Para la variable "actitud", se empleará un instrumento validado por Roger Eduardo Bueno Rojas (2013) y adaptado por LLufire Cahuana (2022) con una confiabilidad de 0.95 (Alfa de Cronbach). Procesamiento de Datos: Los datos sobre "conocimiento" se ingresarán y codificarán en Excel y luego se analizarán en SPSS versión 26. Para la variable "actitud", los datos se procesarán en IBM SPSS versión 25.0, realizando un control de calidad y aplicando las fórmulas necesarias para obtener los resultados y verificar las hipótesis. Distrito de surco 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-02-16) Asencios Coronel, Mirella Sadith; Mendoza Huaman, Gabriela Milagros; Ramos Jaco, Antonio GuillermoThe objective of this research is to evaluate the relationship between knowledge and compliance with the Manual of Good Pharmaceutical Office Practices (MBPOF) among pharmaceutical personnel at the Mifarma pharmacy chain in the Surco district, 2022. Methodology: This is a non-experimental, correlational, observational, and cross-sectional study. The technique used was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 34 dichotomous and multiple-choice questions based on the Likert scale. The study included 256 participants (pharmaceutical and technical staff) to identify deficiencies and help improve dispensing, distribution, and medication control conditions. To test both general and specific hypotheses, Cramer’s V statistic was used to observe correlations between variables, as well as the binomial test for hypotheses with dichotomous variables. Results: It was found that 96.9% of participants were knowledgeable about the MBPOF. Moreover, a relationship was identified between knowledge and compliance with this manual, with Cramer’s V showing p = 0.00 < 0.05. Additionally, 97.3% of participants were familiar with Good Storage Practices (GSP), 95.3% with Good Dispensing Practices (GDP), and 89.8% with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GPP). Regarding compliance, 17.3% always adhered to GSP, 43.8% to GDP, and 1.6% to GPP. Consequently, failures in the cold chain put at risk the quality of thermo-sensitive strategic material, patient safety, and the performance of healthcare professionals. Therefore, this research project was carried out with the objective of establishing the relationship between knowledge and the degree of compliance with Good Storage Practices for thermo-sensitive medicines in a drugstore in Bellavista, Callao – 2022. The methodology applied was basic type, correlational level, deductive method, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, and cross-sectional scope. For data collection, a survey technique was applied through a questionnaire to evaluate the knowledge variable among 80 active participants, and for measuring the degree of compliance variable, a checklist was used based on current regulations. Data were processed with SPSS using Spearman’s correlation coefficient. Results: A direct relationship was found between the variables knowledge and degree of compliance, with a rho correlation value of 0.489, indicating a moderate positive correlation. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and the degree of compliance; greater knowledge leads to better compliance. Lima – 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-24) Salinas Segura, Roger; Aquino Comun, MeryThe objective of this research was to determine the level of compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) for the proposal and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in drugstores that contract third-party storage services at Somefarm S.A.C., Lima-2021. Method: The method was deductive, with an applied type, quantitative approach, descriptive level, longitudinal scope, and non-experimental design. The instrument used was the inspection guide for drugstores, specialized warehouses, and customs warehouses that store Pharmaceutical Products, approved by Ministerial Resolution (R.M.) N° 132-2015/MINSA. Results: The general level of GSP compliance was initially low to medium, with only 35% of drugstores at a high level, 55% at a medium level, and 10% at a low level. Compliance with GSP based on SOPs was also measured, with only 30% of drugstores at a high level, 50% at a medium level, and 20% at a low level. Following these initial results, 21 SOPs and two manuals were implemented in the deficient drugstores, and GSP compliance was measured again. The general compliance level improved, with 50% of drugstores now at a high level, 35% at a medium level, and 15% at a low level. Compliance with GSP based on SOPs also improved, with 60% of drugstores at a high level, 25% at a medium level, and 15% at a low level. Objective: To quantify the percentage of compliance with Good Prescribing Practices and the presence of Drug Interactions in medical prescriptions from the Emergency Department. Methodology: An inductive method with a quantitative approach, basic type, and a descriptive, retrospective design was applied. A total of 330 medical prescriptions from the department were reviewed. Data were processed using Excel and SPSS. Results: A 100% non-compliance rate was observed in prescriptions regarding the overall presence of prescribing indicators. The patient data dimension showed 99% compliance with its indicators, medication data 97%, and prescriber data 82%, with deficiencies in “legible handwriting” (41%) and “expiration date” (0%). Regarding drug interactions, a prevalence of 19% was identified, predominantly pharmacodynamic type at 18%. The most frequent clinical severity was moderate (72%), followed by mild (25%). En nuestra tesis se utilizó el método deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y prospectiva. La población estuvo conformada por 70 boticas en el distrito de Lince, se utilizó como instrumento una guía de observación que contenía 26 ítems, los que estuvieron distribuidos en 6 dimensiones. En los resultados se obtuvo que el 47,5% presentaba una implementación óptima en la dimensión personal, en la documentación e infraestructura 49,2% era óptimo, en las buenas prácticas de farmacovigilancia el 32,8% fue óptimo. The technique used was observation with the observation guide instrument, the population and sample consisted of 15 pharmacies from the pharmacies chain Peru, the sampling has been non-probabilistic of an intentional type. Whose results show in terms of infrastructure compliance with 66,6%, in internal organization compliance is medium with 83,3%, in personnel compliance with 55,6 % and management and distribution technique is high compliance with 66,6%. Results: Regarding infrastructure, compliance was high at 66.6%; for internal organization, compliance was high at 83.3%; for personnel, compliance was high at 55.6%; and for handling and distribution techniques, compliance was high at 66.6%. Conclusion: It was determined that compliance with good storage practices in a chain of pharmacies in Ate Vitarte was high, with a total compliance rate of 66.7%.
