May Day, Lima – 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-30) Segovia Zela, Edith; Palomino Taquire, RewardsObjective: The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the capacity for self-care and healthy lifestyles in older adults from the AAHH Primero de Mayo in the district of Villa el Salvador, in Lima 2022. The methodology was based on a study with a quantitative approach, with a descriptive - correlational scope, a deductive method, with a sample made up of 80 older adults to whom a questionnaire was applied to collect information. The results reflected that there was a correlation of 0.629 between the physical activity dimension and lifestyles, likewise, there was a high correlation of 0.708 between the “nutrition” dimension and healthy lifestyles, and there was also a correlation of 0.829 between the “elimination” dimension. and healthy lifestyles, likewise, there was a relationship of 0.637 between the “rest and sleep” dimension and healthy lifestyles, there was also a correlation of 0.604 between the “hygiene and comfort” dimension and healthy lifestyles and a correlation of 0.624 between the “meditation” dimension and healthy lifestyles.Publicación Acceso abierto Conocimiento de las medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis y su práctica en los pacientes que acuden a los centros de salud de la RIS Villa el Salvador, 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-09-17) Amanqui Quispe, Sandra; Cerna Atanacio, Laura Nayeli; Matos Valverde, Carmen VictoriaEl objetivo es “Analizar la relación existente entre el conocimiento de las medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis y su práctica en los pacientes que acuden a los centros de salud de la RIS Villa El Salvador, 2025”. Metodología: Hipotético-Deductivo. Tipo: Aplicado. Cuantitativo. No experimental. y Correlacional. Población de 241 consultantes; la técnica de muestreo es aleatorio simple dando una muestra de 149 pacientes. Recolección de datos: Encuestas, para el instrumento de la primera variable “Conocimientos” se utilizará el cuestionario “Test de conocimiento de las medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis pulmonar” con una confiabilidad de 0.980 (Alfa de Cronbach). y para la segunda variable se utilizará el cuestionario “Escala de actitudes ante las medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis pulmonar” con una confiabilidad de 0.973 (Alfa de Cronbach). Procesamiento de datos: Los datos de las variables de estudio se ingresarán y codificarán en Excel y luego se analizarán en SPSS v26, realizando un control de calidad y aplicando fórmulas necesarias para obtener los resultados y verificar la hipótesis. Resultados, se evidenció que el 32.89% de los pacientes tiene un conocimiento adecuado de la tuberculosis, mientras que un 33.56% tiene prácticas inadecuadas. Asimismo, se tuvo un valor rho=0.697 y p=0.000 entre las variables identificadas. Materials and Methods: Systematic reviews are an observational and meta-analysis research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, which is why a systematic review was carried out with articles in English and Spanish indexed in Cochrane, Embase, Lilacs, Pubmed, Medline, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: The SCHEFFE statistical test indicated that of oral hygiene, chlorhexidine showed a statistically significant difference over other forms of hygiene in the reduction of the number of bacterial colonies (p<0.001). The only effect on reducing VAP was found when 0.12% chlorhexidine was used, used in cardiovascular surgery, where Chlorhexidine is used from preoperatively. In terms of the quality of evidence, 80% was found to be high, and 20% was medium. According to the strength of recommendation, 80% is strong, and 20% is weak. Material and methods: A review of the medical literature was carried out, which consists of a review of 5 systematic reviews and 5 clinical trials indexed in scientific databases, which respond to articles published in Spanish and English. Results: 5 systematic reviews and 5 clinical trials were found, which met the inclusion criteria. A tal efecto se siguió una ruta cuantitativa, analítica y no experimental donde se evaluaron a 64 colaboradores de salud mediante una ficha de recolección de datos midiendo con bioluminiscencia, a través de un luminómetro, las unidades relativas de luz (URL), considerándose que cuanto mayor sea el número de URL habrá un mayor grado de contaminación, siendo la higiene de manos apropiada cuando el número de URL sea <500 URL. Los hallazgos evidenciaron que el lavado de manos en el personal sanitario fue apropiado (p=0.000). Antes del lavado de manos, el 53.1% del personal asistencial mostró una higiene de manos apropiada, mientras que el 46.9% fue no apropiada. Luego del lavado de manos el 100% calificó como higiene apropiada. They all demonstrate the effectiveness of evidence-based educational interventions to increase the level of knowledge and improve healthy practices for the prevention of intestinal parasitosis in children: they are usually educational interventions aimed at teachers, parents and school children taught to through educational talks, demonstration sessions, posters, videos, brochures, etc. on specific topics of parasites signs, symptoms and their prevention. Educational programs with teaching resources such as videos, social dramas and workshops achieve a positive effect in improving knowledge related to healthy practices and habits such as; hand washing, nail trimming, personal hygiene, environmental hygiene and proper disposal of excreta. The nurse plays an important role in the education of children at school. Metodología: Enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional, transversal, no experimental y prospectivo. Se encuestaron un total de 140 mujeres en edad fértil, se usó un cuestionario compuesto por 26 preguntas relacionadas con los hábitos de higiene genital, el síndrome de flujo vaginal y las características sociodemográficas. Resultados: Los hábitos de higiene genital y el síndrome de flujo vaginal, no se encontró evidencia estadística significativa en mujeres de edad fértil con un valor de p > 0.05. Las características sociodemográficas y el síndrome de flujo vaginal, solo la variable nivel educativo alcanzado con un valor de p < 0.05 demostró una relación estadísticamente significativa, mientras que las demás variables (edad, estado civil, ocupación y religión) no presentaron asociación. Se trató de una investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva, correlacional y de diseño no experimental, con una muestra de 169 mujeres policías. El instrumento principal fue un cuestionario. Los resultados evidenciaron que, aunque existen algunas prácticas higiénicas adecuadas, persisten hábitos inadecuados que aumentan el riesgo de infecciones vaginales. Por ejemplo, solo el 17.75% se lava las manos antes y después de usar el baño, el 64.50% realiza duchas vaginales de forma habitual, y solo el 5.33% realiza lavado externo diario. Durante la menstruación, aunque la mayoría mantiene una higiene adecuada, un 26.63% no se lava siempre las manos y el 55.03% usa protectores diarios sin control adecuado. En cuanto a síntomas, se reportaron prurito (43.79%), ardor genital (37.87%) y dolor en la zona íntima (35.50%), entre otros. El análisis estadístico mostró una relación significativa y directamente proporcional entre los hábitos de higiene y la presencia de infecciones vaginales (p = 0.000; ρ = 0.998). Finalmente se concluye que los hábitos de higiene influyen de manera significativa en la aparición de infecciones vaginales. The methodology of the present study was descriptive correlational, cross-sectional with a non-experimental design because the variables are not manipulated, they are only observed. The sample was made up of 62 female students from the 5th year of high school in the morning shift who filled out a survey consisting of 16 questions that responded to the proposed objectives. The results that have been addressed are: Hygiene habits in students in the 5th year of secondary school at the Ricardo Palma school in Villa El Salvador in the year 2023, none of them have poor hygiene habits, 40.3% have a regular level and 59.7% have a regular level. % good level. Regarding vaginal infections, we can observe that 74.2% of the 5th year high school students at the Ricardo Palma school in Villa El Salvador in 2023 have vaginal infections and 25.8% do not. Material and method: It is a quantitative, descriptive, cross section, the sample was 85 mothers. The survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Results: 47.06% of mothers have average knowledge about basic care of the newborn; 28.24% have high knowledge and 24.71% have low knowledge. Conclusions: The level of knowledge of new mothers about basic care of the newborn according to the results obtained was of a regular level. Likewise, it was found that the level of knowledge about newborn feeding obtained a regular level for the most part, in the same way regarding newborn hygiene their knowledge reached regular levels. Sin embargo, aun teniendo en cuenta que un porcentaje elevado de estos episodios tienen su causa en la falta de hábitos de higiene postural adecuados, y que estas conductas psicomotoras se adquieren más fácilmente durante la infancia, son pocos los estudios realizados con niños o adolescentes con el objetivo de evaluar el impacto que tiene la formación en higiene postural en la prevención de dolores y molestias en la espalda. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento de la higiene postural en los alumnos de secundaria de la Institución Educativa 7230 – Las Flores de Villa, San Juan de Miraflores, 2023. Material y Métodos: La población estará conformada por 115 alumnos que cursan el nivel secundario, la muestra estará constituida por el mismo número de la población los cuales fueron seleccionados mediante un muestreo censal; la técnica a emplear en el presente estudio es la encuesta (cuestionario de higiene postural). Para el estudio se empleará el método deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño del estudio es descriptivo observacional y transversal. Resultados: indicaron que el 58.26% de los alumnos posee un conocimiento medio de higiene postural. El 29.57% posee un alto nivel de conocimiento acerca de higiene postural. El 12.17% de los alumnos posee un bajo nivel de conocimiento acerca de higiene postural. Analyzing the research designs, 6 systematic reviews, 1 cross-sectional study and 3 randomized clinical trials were included. Poor environmental sanitation shows high percentages of causing parasitic intestinal infections in a child population. There is a high prevalence of having parasitic intestinal infections in children due to poor basic sanitation because there are precarious sanitary conditions, inadequate provision of clean water, poor hygiene practices and lack of proper sewage.
