    Calidad de atención del profesional de enfermería y la percepción del usuario del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital I Alto Mayo, Moyobamba – 2024

    La calidad de los cuidados es el grado en que la atención brindada con la información disponible aumenta los resultados deseados y reduce los posibles resultados indeseables; asimismo, la percepción del usuario de emergencia según sus necesidades y expectativas. Objetivo: Determinar cómo se relaciona la calidad de atención del profesional de enfermería y la percepción del usuario del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital I Alto Mayo de Moyobamba, 2024. Metodología: Fue hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y alcance correlacional. Como técnica de recolección de datos se utilizará la encuesta y como instrumentos dos cuestionarios validados y confiables. La población: Estará conformada por los 183 usuarios del servicio de emergencia. Resultados: Serán expresados en tablas y gráficos descriptivos e inferenciales; asimismo, para la contratación de la hipótesis de investigación, se utilizará cómo estimación estadística la Prueba de Correlación de Spearman, con un nivel de confianza del 95%, un error del 5%, el cual será plasmado en la tabla de contingencia de ambas variables del estudio.

    Calidad del cuidado enfermero desde la percepción del paciente de hemodiálisis del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Trujillo – 2025

    El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo “Comprender la calidad del cuidado enfermero desde la percepción del paciente de hemodiálisis del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Trujillo, 2025”. Se utilizó como diseño metodológico un enfoque cualitativo de tipo básico, con diseño no experimental, descriptivo y de corte transversal, basado en el método fenomenológico, orientado a explorar las experiencias subjetivas de los pacientes. La muestra fue conformada por 19 pacientes adultos en tratamiento regular de hemodiálisis, seleccionados mediante muestreo intencional y técnica bola de nieve. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la entrevista semiestructurada, y el análisis se realizó mediante el software ATLAS.ti. Después del análisis emergieron categorías como: gestión de los cuidados de salud, cuidado humanizado, atención personalizada, y calidad percibida en el proceso terapéutico, con subcategorías como confianza, respeto, empatía, vocación de servicio, comunicación efectiva y trato digno. Los hallazgos revelan que la mayoría de los pacientes perciben un cuidado enfermero humanizado y de calidad, valorando especialmente la atención emocional y el acompañamiento constante, elementos relacionados con los Factores Caritas de Jean Watson, como la promoción de un entorno protector y el desarrollo de relaciones de ayuda. Se concluye que la percepción positiva del cuidado enfermero influye directamente en el bienestar físico, emocional y espiritual del paciente, reforzando la importancia de un cuidado integral, empático y personalizado en el contexto de la hemodiálisis.

    Determine the perception about vasectomy in men and women who attend the gyneprev preventive gynecological center, 2022

    The predominant gender is the female sex with 59.5% as opposed to the male sex with 40.5%. Vasectomy is a safe family planning contraceptive procedure; The population indicates that they totally agree with 51.9%, the female population with 31.6% and the male population with 20.3%; It is also indicated that the population agrees with 29.5%, and there is another percentage that is undecided with 10.1%. Vasectomy causes the man to lose his sexual capacity; The female population concludes that they disagree with 21.9%; while the male population indicates that they are undecided with 15.6%. In cases of significant obstetric risk, in which the woman cannot undergo tubal ligation, the man should have a vasectomy. The female population concludes that they totally agree with 19.4% and the male population with 14.3% indicates that they are undecided.

    Effectiveness of Physical Exercise to improve the quality of life of people on hemodialysis

    It is a systemic review that included 11 articles no older than 10 years published in English and Spanish extracted from the databases Pubmed, Scielo, Journal Medical, Cochrane Plus and BVS whose main topic was the effectiveness of physical exercise to improve quality of life of people on hemodialysis. 66.6% of the articles come from Spain, 8.3% from Chile, Brazil, Korea and Taiwan respectively. Results: 66.6% of the articles demonstrate that physical exercise improves muscle strength, 41.6% reveal improvement in functional capacity. 100% of the articles demonstrated the improvement in the quality of life of people on hemodialysis, mostly in the physical (75%) and mental (41.6%) dimensions, other dimensions were also observed (emotional state, social functioning, general perception health, body pain) Conclusions: Physical exercise is effective in improving the quality of life in people on hemodialysis given that it has a positive impact on the dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social functioning, general perception of health and pain bodily.

    Effectiveness of using vein visualization devices for intravenous canalization in newborns

    Objective: To describe the perception of nursing care in obstetric emergencies at the Gustavo Lanatta Luján-Bagua Hospital, 2021 Material and method: The research responds to the inductive, deductive and analytical method, has a quantitative approach, is basic, descriptive, the population that constitutes it makes a total of 525 users with obstetric emergencies who enter the gynecological-obstetrics service of the Gustavo Lanatta Luján de Bagua Hospital, from this a sample of 156 was obtained, the survey technique was used and the instrument is the Likert scale, which describes the presentation, instructions, sociodemographic characteristics and the questionnaire called perception of nursing care in obstetric emergencies, its content validity was made and it was submitted to expert judgment, reliability was found by applying Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient obtaining a value of 0.831 which indicated excellent reliability according to the classification in the Kuder table Richarson. Data processing was done using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 22.0, and Excel for Windows 2016 was also used to empty data according to a structured matrix as a database in relation to the measurement instrument.

    Estilo de vida y percepción sobre infecciones de transmisión sexual en adolescentes de un puesto de salud, Callao, 2025

    El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación entre el estilo de vida y percepción sobre infecciones de transmisión sexual en adolescentes de un puesto de salud, Callao, 2025. La metodología que se empleó fue hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico descriptivo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por 90 adolescentes de 14 a 17 años de edad de la jurisdicción del centro de salud Altamar del distrito de La Perla – Callao y se tomó una muestra representativa de 83 adolescentes a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta para la obtención de datos. Los resultados encontrados fueron qué; el 37,3% de los participantes fueron adolescentes de 14 años y el 55,4% fueron hombres. El 24,1% ya había iniciado las relaciones sexuales y de ellos, el 50% lo inicio antes de los 15 años. El 83% de los adolescentes lleva un estilo moderadamente saludable y en las dimensiones de estado emocional, actividad física y deporte se reportó un porcentaje alto de adolescentes que tienen un estilo de vida no saludable con 43,4%, 42,2% y 32,5% respectivamente. En la dimensión toxicomanía los adolescentes presentaron un estilo de vida moderadamente saludable en un 21,7% y un estilo no saludable en un 6,0% lo que indica que un grupo considerable ya ha consumido, alcohol, tabaco u otras sustancias ilícitas. Respecto a la percepción sobre infecciones de transmisión sexual los adolescentes se encontraron que el 45,8% tenía una percepción regular y el 39,8% tenía una mala percepción. Se concluye que los adolescentes llevan un estilo de vida moderadamente saludable y tiene una percepción regular sobre las infecciones de transmisión sexual, además se corroboró mediante la prueba de Rho de Spearman con un nivel de significancia de 0,05 que existe relación positiva y de intensidad media entre el estilo de vida y percepción sobre infecciones de transmisión sexual en adolescentes del centro de salud Altamar, Callao, 2025.

    Evaluación de las actitudes y percepciones sobre el uso de la inteligencia artificial en estudiantes de odontología de una universidad privada, Lima 2023

    La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar las actitudes y percepciones sobre el uso de la inteligencia artificial en estudiantes de odontología de una universidad privada, Lima 2023. Este fue un estudio no experimental, , correlacional descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo, en donde la muestra del estudio estuvo conformada por 207 estudiantes de la universidad Norbert Wiener pertenecientes al semestre académico 2023 – 2, a los cuales se les aplicó un cuestionario de 15 preguntas para evaluar la percepción y actitudes sobre el uso de la inteligencia artificial en la práctica educativa y clínica en odontología. Los resultados descriptivos indicaron que los participantes presentaron una actitud positiva y una percepción buena en un 50.2 %: con referencia al sexo de los participantes, se obtuvo que los del sexo masculino presentaron actitud positiva y percepción buena en un 53.8% y al sexo femenino presentaron actitud positiva y percepción buena en un 46.5% con una significancia estadística de p-valor = 0.777 (p>0.05) y el femenino el p-valor = 0.634; con respecto a la edad de los participantes los de 18 a 25 años presentaron actitud positiva y percepción buena en un 51.1% y los participantes de 26 a 40 años presentaron actitud positiva y percepción buena en un 48.5% con una significancia estadística de 18 a 25 años el p-valor = 0.610 (p>0.05) y el 26 – 40 el p-valor = 0.236 y con respecto al ciclo académico los del V al VIII ciclo presentaron actitud positiva y percepción buena en un 49.5% y los del IX al X ciclo presentaron actitud positiva y percepción buena en un 51% con una significancia estadística del V al VIII p valor = 0.851 (p>0.05) y del IX al X ciclo el p-valor = 0.681. Con lo cual se concluye que no existe diferencias entre las actitudes y percepciones sobre el uso de la inteligencia artificial de estudiantes de odontología de una universidad Privada de Lima 2023 al obtener un p valor de 0.628 (p>0.05).

    Factors associated with the perception of teleconsultation usability of patients at the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital, 2023

    Objective of the study: To determine the factors associated with the perception of teleconsultation usability among patients at the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital, 2023. Methodology: Observational, descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional study. The sample size consisted of 232 patients who attended teleconsultations in different specialties. The Telemedicine Usability Questionnaire was used to evaluate teleconsultation usability. Statistical analysis included univariate analysis (percentages) and bivariate analysis with the variables of interest using the Chi-square statistical test. Results: Factors associated with the perception of teleconsultation usability included educational level (p=0.005) and technical problems (p=0.000). The number of teleconsultations was associated with ease of use (p=0.015). Furthermore, the area of residence was linked to the perception of teleconsultation effectiveness (p=0.040). Finally, technical problems were associated with both effectiveness (p=0.000) and teleconsultation satisfaction (p=0.026). Conclusion: The identified factors associated with teleconsultation usability suggest improving the technical aspects of the platforms and providing digital health training to patients requiring this service as a support for in-person medical care.

    Family functionality and quality of life in older adults who attend a primary care facility, Comas 2022

    Objective: Determine the relationship between family functionality and quality of life in older adults who attend a primary care facility, comas 2022. Materials and methods: Quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive and correlational level. The method used was hypothetical deductive. The population was made up of 90 older adults cared for in a primary care facility, Comas. The sample was census, the type of sampling was non-probabilistic, intentional. Results: In the inferential analysis, the statistical test used was the Chi square statistic (X2). To measure family functioning, the Family Apgar instrument was used, comprising 5 items grouped into 5 dimensions (adaptation, participation, gain, affection and resources), and for quality of life, the WhoQol Bref instrument was used, which measures 4 dimensions ( physical health, psychological health, social relationships and the environment) through 24 questions, additionally 1 question is considered on the global perception of your CV and 1 question on global satisfaction with your health.

    The nursing professional who works in the hospitalization unit specialized in addictions and mental health must focus their care on the patient, without neglecting the family in the face of realities that entail tensions between people, thus increasing their quality as a human being, for Therefore, the attitude of humanization towards the family and the patient must be promoted within a comprehensive management of care, with the objective of this investigation being to determine the relationship between the perception of the family member and the level of satisfaction with the humanized care provided by the patient. nursing professional to the patient in the hospitalization unit specialized in addictions and mental health, Chimbote 2023. The study has a hypothetical-deductive methodology of quantitative, applied approach, with its design being non-experimental and cross-sectional, correlational. It will be integrated into a total of 80 relatives of patients with mental disorders admitted to the mental health and addictions hospitalization unit of the Eleazar Guzmán Barrón Hospital. Two questionnaires will be used as a data collection technique and instrument with prior authorization and informed consent of the participants, consisting of 43 questions. The results will be collected and processed, which will be coded and entered into a base design in Excel and will be tabulated. and will be processed according to a system using the SPSS statistical package in version 22.

    The global satisfaction of the patients treated in the emergency room of the CMI Piedra Liza 2023

    In recent years, the professional bond between doctors and patients has declined due to the high demand for services at first-level health centers, especially in emergency services. This has highlighted the need to assess patient satisfaction in emergency departments. An observational descriptive study was conducted using the SERVQUAL survey to analyze overall satisfaction and its five dimensions. A random sample of 217 users of the emergency service at CMI Piedra Liza in 2023 participated. 56% of users were satisfied, while 44% were dissatisfied. In the reliability dimension, 60.5% were satisfied and 39.4% dissatisfied; in responsiveness, 53.3% were satisfied and 46.6% dissatisfied; in safety, 50.9% were satisfied, and 49.1% were dissatisfied; in empathy, 58.2% were satisfied and 41.8% dissatisfied; and in tangible aspects, 55.3% were satisfied and 44.7% dissatisfied. The overall satisfaction level of most users was good (56%), with 44% dissatisfaction with the care received.

    The use of cutting-edge technology in the intensive care unit sometimes does not allow us to see the patient as a whole, leaving aside an important element such as human care. That is why in this research the objective will be established to determine the relationship between humanized care and satisfaction of the patient who overcame the covid-19 stage in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Lima - Peru, from July to December 2022. The The study is proposed from a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, simple correlational cross-sectional design. The study population will be made up of a total of 62 patients confined in the ICU with a diagnosis of covid-19 who have passed the critical stage in 2022, selected through intentional sampling. The data collection technique and instrument will be the survey using the Perception Humanized Nursing Care Instrument (PCHE) and CARE Q Questionnaire questionnaires, which have been previously validated. The collected data will be emptied into the Excel database and then processed with the SPSS statistical program. The software will show the type of relationship that exists between the variables, and tables and figures will be represented.

    Humanized care provided by the nurse to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital, Lima – 2020

    As a nurse, care is given to the human being according to the need required by the vocation, humanistic training, which allows interaction with patients, who are undergoing CKD treatment and need exhaustive care from the nursing staff. The objective of the study is to determine the quality of humanized care provided by the nurse in patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital, Lima – 2020. Methodology: qualitative because it will consist of data collection, Descriptive: because it has a single non-experimental variable because the variables will not be manipulated, it is cross-sectional, the population of 90 patients with hemodialysis treatment, sample of 45 selected through non-probabilistic sampling For inclusion and exclusion criteria, the instrument was “Perception of Humanized Nursing Care Behaviors” (PCHE) modified, it was subjected to validity and reliability tests. Conclusion: humanized care provided by the nurse to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen national hospital is favorable.

    Humanized nursing care and coping of relatives of adult patients hospitalized in the ICU of the Cayetano Heredia Hospital, 2022

    Objective: “to determine the relationship that exists between humanized nursing care and coping of family members of adult patients hospitalized in the ICU.” Population: will be 32 relatives of patients hospitalized in the ICU of the Cayetano Heredia hospital. Methodological design: the type of research will be applied. The method will be deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal. The design that will be used will be correlational. Instruments: it will be the humanized care perception questionnaire composed of 4 dimensions and 22 dimensions, reliable through Crombach's alpha 0.789. The coping questionnaire called escaps is composed of 5 dimensions and 47 items, reliable using Crombach's alpha 0.950. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: it will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and the inferential statistics through the application of the chi square test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.

    Involucramiento de la pareja en la planificación familiar en mujeres sexualmente activas en un centro poblado de la provincia de Asunción - Ancash año 2024

    La presente investigación se llevada a cabo en el C.P Santa Cruz de Rayan, Departamento de Ancash, Provincia de Asunción Chacas. Objetivo: Es determinar la percepción del involucramiento de la pareja en la planificación familiar y uso de métodos anticonceptivos en mujeres sexualmente activas de un Centro Poblado de Asunción-Ancash durante el 2024. Material y métodos: Se trata de una investigación de tipo hipotético-deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, básica descriptivo no experimental y de corte transversal. Resultados: Se obtuvieron datos de 80 mujeres sexualmente activas de un Centro Poblado de Asunción Ancash, características sociodemográficos entre 31 y 40 años el 41.3%, el 50% secundaria, solteras y en convivencia el 36.3%, trabajadoras el 56.3%, el 83.8% católicas y el 36.3% refiere no tener hijos. Percepción sobre la participación de la pareja en la planificación familiar, el 32.5%, perciben que el involucramiento de su pareja es bajo, el 26.3 % regular nivel de involucramiento y el 41.3 %, refiere que nivel de involucramiento es alto. Percepción de la participación de la pareja en el uso de métodos anticonceptivos, el 20.0% bajo nivel de involucramiento, el 37.5 %, involucramiento regular y el 42.5 % alto nivel de involucramiento. Conclusiones: Por consiguiente, la percepción del involucramiento de la pareja en la planificación familiar y uso de métodos anticonceptivos es alto en mujeres sexualmente activas de un Centro Poblado de Asunción-Ancash durante el 2024.

    Knowledge and practice on advanced CPR of the nursing professional in the emergency area of a hospital in Callao, 2024

    Objective: To determine the relationship between advanced CPR knowledge and nursing practice in the emergency area of a hospital in Callao, 2024. Material and Method: The study follows a hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative, applied, and correlational approach. The population consists of 135 nursing professionals working in the emergency department of a hospital in Callao, from which a sample of 100 participants was drawn. The survey technique was employed, using a Likert scale instrument comprising two questionnaires: (1) "Nursing Knowledge of Advanced CPR" and (2) "Nurses’ Practice in Advanced Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation." The content validity of these instruments was confirmed through expert judgment, and reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha, yielding a value of 0.80 for both variables, indicating excellent reliability according to the Kuder-Richardson classification table. Data processing was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. Data were coded, organized into a matrix table, and separated by dimensions and variables to generate statistical information in numerical, percentage, and tabular formats, including frequency distributions.

    Knowledge and practices about exclusive breastfeeding in mothers who attend the center maternal and infant Mexico, 2023

    At the Mexico Maternal and Child Center, mothers of children under six months old visit daily, ranging from first-time mothers to adolescents and very young women. Many of them lack fundamental knowledge about breastfeeding and are therefore unaware of the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for both their children and themselves. This highlights the necessity for nursing professionals to share their expertise with these mothers, helping them understand the importance of breastfeeding.     Leadership and organizational climate in the nursing staff who work in the private intensive care unit, Lima - 2022

    The general objective of this study is to determine the relationship that exists between leadership and organizational climate in the nursing staff who work in the intensive care unit Clínica Privada Lima in 2022. The research will be developed under the rules of the hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach. and correlational in nature due to the interest in finding an association between variables. It will be applied because it seeks to analyze the relationship between variables, it is cross-sectional and prospective. The Leadership and Organizational Climate instruments present a reliability index, which were validated by Dr. Mancha in her study Leadership and Organizational Climate Perceived by the Nursing Professional Regional Health Directorate of Callao in 2019, for application in the representative population. , in the nursing staff who work in the intensive care unit of a Private Clinic. To contrast the relationship between variables, SPSS will be used, which will be supported through the hypothesis contrast test. The realization of this contribution establishes that leadership and Organizational Climate are related by the way in which nursing staff interact, since each perception is unique and different. Likewise, the Organizational Climate will be altered in a negative way, due to not having good Leadership due to various factors, these factors in some way generate motivation of the collaborator and the fulfillment of the objectives.
