As a nurse, care is given to the human being according to the need required by the vocation, humanistic training, which allows interaction with patients, who are undergoing CKD treatment and need exhaustive care from the nursing staff. The objective of the study is to determine the quality of humanized care provided by the nurse in patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital, Lima – 2020. Methodology: qualitative because it will consist of data collection, Descriptive: because it has a single non-experimental variable because the variables will not be manipulated, it is cross-sectional, the population of 90 patients with hemodialysis treatment, sample of 45 selected through non-probabilistic sampling For inclusion and exclusion criteria, the instrument was “Perception of Humanized Nursing Care Behaviors” (PCHE) modified, it was subjected to validity and reliability tests. Conclusion: humanized care provided by the nurse to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen national hospital is favorable.
Resumen
Como enfermera se da el cuidado, del ser humano según necesidad que requiere por la vocación, formación humanística, que permite su interacción con pacientes, que se encuentra en tratamiento de IRC y necesita cuidados exhaustivos del personal de enfermería. El objetivo del estudio es determinar la calidad de cuidado humanizado que brinda la enfermera en pacientes con tratamiento de hemodiálisis en el hospital nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen, lima – 2020. Metodología: de tipo cualitativo porque consistirá en recolección de datos, Descriptivo: porque tiene una sola variable no experimental porque no se manipulará las variables es de corte transversal , la población de 90 pacientes con tratamiento de hemodiálisis, muestra de 45 seleccionados mediante muestreo no probabilístico por criterios de inclusión y exclusión ,el instrumento fue “Percepción de Comportamientos de Cuidado Humanizados de Enfermería” (PCHE) modificado, fue sometido a pruebas de validez y confiabilidad. Conclusión: cuidado humanizado que brinda la enfermera en pacientes con tratamiento de hemodiálisis en el hospital nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen es favorable.
