The general objective of this study is to determine the relationship that exists between leadership and organizational climate in the nursing staff who work in the intensive care unit Clínica Privada Lima in 2022. The research will be developed under the rules of the hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach. and correlational in nature due to the interest in finding an association between variables. It will be applied because it seeks to analyze the relationship between variables, it is cross-sectional and prospective. The Leadership and Organizational Climate instruments present a reliability index, which were validated by Dr. Mancha in her study Leadership and Organizational Climate Perceived by the Nursing Professional Regional Health Directorate of Callao in 2019, for application in the representative population. , in the nursing staff who work in the intensive care unit of a Private Clinic. To contrast the relationship between variables, SPSS will be used, which will be supported through the hypothesis contrast test. The realization of this contribution establishes that leadership and Organizational Climate are related by the way in which nursing staff interact, since each perception is unique and different. Likewise, the Organizational Climate will be altered in a negative way, due to not having good Leadership due to various factors, these factors in some way generate motivation of the collaborator and the fulfillment of the objectives.
Resumen
El objetivo general del presente estudio plantea determinar la relación que existe entre liderazgo y clima organizacional en el personal enfermería que labora en la unidad cuidados intensivos Clínica Privada Lima año 2022. La investigación se desarrollará bajo las normas del método hipotético deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo y de carácter correlacional debido al interés por encontrar una asociación entre variables. Será de tipo aplicada porque procura analizar la relación entre variables, es de corte transversal y prospectivo. Los instrumentos de Liderazgo y Clima organizacional presentan índice de confiabilidad, los mismos que fueron validados por la Dra Mancha en su estudio Liderazgo y Clima Organizacional Percibido por el Profesional de Enfermería Dirección Regional de Salud del Callao año 2019, para la aplicación en la población representativa, en el personal de enfermería que laboran en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de una Clínica Privada. Para contrastar la relación entre variables, se utilizará SPSS los cuales fundamentaran a través de la prueba de contrastación de hipótesis. La realización de esta contribución, establece que el liderazgo y el Clima Organizacional están relacionados por la forma en la que interactúan el personal de enfermería, ya que cada percepción es única y diferente. Así mismo, el Clima Organizacional se vera alterado de forma negativa, por no tener un buen Liderazgo ya sea por diversos factores, estos factores de alguna manera generan motivación del colaborador y el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
