Adherence to multimicronutrient supplementation in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months from a health center, Peru 2020

Objective: Determine adherence to multimicronutrient supplementation in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months from a Peru 2020 health center. Materials and methods: This study will have a quantitative approach and the methodological design that will be used will be descriptive and cross-sectional. The population and sample will be made up of 120 mothers of children from 6 to 36 months who attend a health center in Peru. In this research, the technique that will be used will be the survey, which will provide us with important and effective information. To carry out this research, the questionnaire developed by Delgado et al. will be used. (16) titled “Questionnaire addressed to the mother of a child from 6 to 36 months” for their research carried out in Tumbes-Peru during 2016. This instrument with a Likert scale consists of 19 questions that were grouped according to the factors of adherence to evaluate: social factor (5 questions), factor associated with the health personnel (4 questions), factor associated with the treatment (4 questions), and factor associated with the person providing the treatment (6 questions). A score of 1 to 3 points will be assigned, meaning low, regular and high adherence, respectively.

Introduction: According to the WHO (World Health Organization), biosafety standards are those rules and health guidelines implemented to address the well-being and safety of professionals who face dangers of organic, synthetic and contact origin. Objective: Determine the level of compliance with biosafety standards in patient care used by health personnel in the surgical center of the A. Loayza Hospital, in room 6-II, Lima, 2021. Methodology: A study will be carried out quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional. The study population will be made up of 30 health professionals including surgeons, anesthesiologists and nursing staff who work in room 6-II of the surgical center. A validated instrument will be used with the observation technique where the correct use of biosafety standards, which consists of 3 dimensions: physical barriers, chemical barriers and waste elimination. The data obtained will be statistically processed in the SPSS program.

Burnout syndrome and its relationship with job satisfaction in health personnel at the Manuel Barreto Maternal and Child Center, Lima 2022

Objective: Analyze the relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in health personnel at the Manuel Barreto Maternal and Child Center, Lima 2022. Materials and methods: quantitative approach, descriptive and cross-sectional methodological design. The technique used was the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire to measure burnout syndrome, and the Font Roja survey to measure job satisfaction. The total study population was made up of 60 health professionals. Results: burnout syndrome is related in 71% to job satisfaction, average burnout syndrome is present in 53% with job satisfaction: dissatisfied. Burnout syndrome in its emotional exhaustion dimension is related in 58% to job satisfaction in which high burnout syndrome is present in 56% with dissatisfied job satisfaction. Burnout syndrome in its depersonalization dimension is related in 69% to job satisfaction in which 54% present average burnout syndrome with dissatisfied job satisfaction. Burnout syndrome in its personal fulfillment dimension is related in 77% to job satisfaction in which 50% present average burnout syndrome with dissatisfied job satisfaction. To determine the relationship between the study variables, Spearman's correlation analysis was carried out, obtaining that there is a statistically significant relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in health personnel.

In health personnel, multiple risk components pre-exist that increase the vulnerability of suffering burnout, coping with pain, the death of people based on the performance of their work, as well as the lack of autonomy and in some cases of authority have an impact on the decisions, working quickly and even more so with long hours of work, as well as versatile tasks, exposure to health hazards, inadequate circumstances at work, insufficient wages, as well as little support from society. This research work will be carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout syndrome in health personnel who work in the Mental Health service of a Hospital in Ayacucho, 2021. The research has a quantitative approach. basic type, cross-sectional observational design. The population group will be made up of 32 personnel who work in the Mental Health service. For data collection, questionnaires will be used for both variables, prior to this with permission and respective consent of the informed consent of the collaborators, the first questionnaire consists of 27 questions, while the second questionnaire has 22 questions. The results will be compiled and then processed in an Excel program database to later be tabulated using the SPSS version 22 statistical program.

Burnout syndrome in healthcare personnel in the neonatology department of a private clinic, Lima 2020

Burnout syndrome has a great impact on nursing staff, and has an impact on the state of health, which greatly affects the profession and the quality of care. Aim. Determine the Burnout Syndrome presented by Health personnel who work in the Neonatology service of a private clinic, Lima 2020. Methodology. Quantitative study with cross-sectional descriptive design. The technique used was the survey and the Maslash Burnout Inventory scale instrument validated in the country, was made up of 40 health professionals, 17 were nurses and 23 were nursing technicians. Results. 50% of the staff showed a tendency to suffer from burnout syndrome, 25% present it, followed by 25% absence of suffering from it. According to dimensions, emotional exhaustion was found, 20% present a tendency, while 30% present an absence of emotional exhaustion. Depersonalization was present in 22%, 48% had a tendency and 30% had an absence of suffering from depersonalization. Personal fulfillment was present in 35%, 45% showed a tendency and 20% did not show presence of personal fulfillment. Conclusions. There is a relationship between Burnout Syndrome and its dimensions in the health personnel of the Neonatology Service.

La presente investigación buscó determinar la relación entre la calidad de vida y el afrontamiento al estrés en especialistas de salud del HNHU durante el año 2021.La metodología se basó en el enfoque cuantitativo y adoptó un diseño no experimental y correlacional. La población está conformada por 101 especialistas de salud del hospital nacional Hipólito Unanue, el instrumento será un cuestionario, donde se utilizará la “Escala de calidad de vida Olson y Barnes” para valorar la calidad de vida y el “Cuestionario de modos de afrontamiento del estrés (COPE)” para valorar el afrontamiento al estrés. el análisis estadístico será mediante la prueba de correlación Rho de Spearman.

Calidad de vida y desempeño del personal de laboratorio en el Hospital Nacional Luis Nicasio Sáenz, Lima 2025

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre calidad de vida y desempeño laboral del personal de laboratorio. Materiales y método: Se aplicó un diseño de investigación cuantitativo, observacional, utilizando el método hipotético-deductivo. El estudio fue de carácter aplicado y descriptivo correlacional, con una muestra de 106 profesionales del laboratorio clínico. Los datos se analizaron mediante el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman, Resultado: Se obtuvo una correlación positiva, directa y débil, pero estadísticamente significativa, entre las variables estudiadas (Rho = 0,372; p = 0,000); se observaron correlaciones significativas en las dimensiones de apoyo directivo (Rho = 0,409; p = 0,000) y motivación interna (Rho = 0,353; p = 0,000), mientras que entre carga laboral y rendimiento no se encontró ninguna relación significativa (Rho = -0,026; p = 0,789). Conclusiones: existe una relación directa entre la calidad de vida y el desempeño laboral del personal de laboratorio, siendo el apoyo directivo el que muestra un vínculo más fuerte, y la motivación interna refleja un alto nivel de compromiso personal y de implicación con el entorno de trabajo.

Características clínicas-epidemiológicas asociados al Covid-19 en el personal de salud de un hospital militar de Lima, Perú del periodo 2020.

Objetivo: determinar las características clínicas-epidemiológicas asociados al COVID-19 en el personal de salud. Metodología: estudio cuantitativo, no experimental, correlacional en personal de salud de un Hospital Militar de la ciudad de Lima, utilizando la base de datos de las fichas de investigación para la vigilancia de COVID-19. El análisis estadístico se obtuvo mediante SPSS 23.0v y Stata 17.0v Resultados: entre el 15 de marzo a 31 de diciembre de 2020 la prevalencia de COVID-19 en el personal de salud fue de 271 (67.1%), de los cuales el 45.8% son mujeres; la edad media de los confirmados 45.3 años. La ocupación laboral, el contacto con personas con síntomas de infección respiratoria aguda o contacto con caso confirmado o probable en los 14 días antes del inicio de síntomas, hospitalizados, aislamiento, tos, dolor de garganta y otras comorbilidades se correlacionaron con la infección al presentar (p<0.05). El personal más afectado con 51.5% es personal asistencial: el técnico de enfermería (18.3%), enfermera (13.6%) y médico (8.7%). El 28% tuvo contacto con personas con síntomas de infección respiratoria aguda y el 19.1% manifestó haber tenido contacto con caso confirmado o probable en los 14 días antes del inicio de síntomas. Un 9.2% requirió ser hospitalizado. El malestar (30%), dolor de garganta (24.3%), tos (22.3%) fueron los síntomas más frecuentes. La característica que presentó asociación significativa es la medida del aislamiento. Conclusión: ciertas características clínicas-epidemiológicas se asocian a la enfermedad del COVID-19 en el personal de salud de un Hospital Militar de Lima, Perú.

Carga laboral y estrés en el personal de salud del Centro Materno Infantil Manuel Barreto, Lima 2023

En el presente trabajo de investigación se identificará la relación de dos variables de estudio las cuales son: carga laboral, que hace referencia a las obligaciones que los profesionales de salud deben asumir en el ejercicio de sus labores y el estrés, que es el resultado de la interacción de una variedad de factores de riesgo, incluido el entorno laboral. Objetivo: Determinar cómo la carga laboral se relaciona con el estrés en el personal de salud del Centro Materno Infantil Manuel Barreto, Lima 2023. Metodología: El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, de método hipotético/deductivo, nivel descriptivo correlacional y diseño no experimental de corte transversal; el instrumento se aplicó a una muestra de 110 profesionales de salud. Con respecto al instrumento, para la variable carga laboral se empleó un cuestionario de 40 ítems con una confiabilidad por Alfa de Cronbach 0,885 y para la variable estrés se utilizó el cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) de 22 ítems con una confiabilidad por Alfa de Cronbach de 0. 811. Resultado: De los 110 entrevistados, para la variable carga laboral, el grupo etario de 36-43 años, 21 presentan un nivel medio y 10 de nivel bajo. Para la variable estrés, 25 presentan un nivel alto, 80 un nivel medio y 5 un nivel bajo. Además, para la prueba de correlación de Rho de Spearman se encontró un Rho (-1,00) el cual resultó negativo, es decir, no existe relación entre la carga laboral y el estrés en profesionales de la salud, la presente investigación no puede explicar por qué no existe relación, aunque puede estar influenciado por factores externos. En conclusión, en cuanto a la relación entre carga laboral y estrés en el personal de salud, se obtuvo que no hay relación significativa, esto debido a que el trabajador de salud no considera que su jornada laboral le cause carga laboral y esto no genera a su vez estrés.

Characterizations of physical-verbal aggressions in health professionals working in hospitals

This study is based on a systematic review based on a bibliographic search of a set of 10 articles that meet the inclusion criteria and are less than 6 years old. Four of them were systematic reviews, three were descriptive cross-sectional studies, three were exploratory qualitative studies, a cross-sectional study using an optional electronic survey, and a non-experimental quantitative cross-sectional and descriptive study. The GRADE system assessment study was used, which identifies the quality of evidence and the strength of the recommendation. Various scientific databases were used to search for evidence. Of the 10 articles investigated, 100% (10/10) demonstrated the characterizations of physical and verbal aggression in health professionals working in hospitals. It was found that most cases of abuse at the occupational level correspond to the health sector, which damages the productivity and performance of the institutions that provide this type of services.

Clima organizacional y motivación del personal de enfermería de un policlínico de la ciudad de Lima, 2022

El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la motivación del personal de enfermería de un policlínico de la ciudad de Lima, 2022. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, observacional, correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 100 profesionales de enfermería. Los instrumentos de estudio fueron dos cuestionarios validados para las variables de estudio. Como resultados se obtuvo: edad promedio de la muestra de 40.34 años y el tiempo promedio de trabajo fue de 12,75 años de servicio. Se encontró 71,0% de personal de enfermería de sexo femenino. La muestra percibió un buen clima laboral (73,0%) y una alta motivación (46,0%). Se evidenció que existe relación (p=0,000) entre las variables de estudio con cada una de sus dimensiones. Se concluye que existe relación entre el clima organizacional y la motivación del personal de enfermería de un policlínico de la ciudad de Lima, 2022.

Clima social familiar y rendimiento laboral en los trabajadores en una clínica-Pueblo Libre, 2025

Esta investigación tendrá como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el clima social familiar y el rendimiento laboral en los trabajadores en una clínica. La metodología: el estudio se desarrollará bajo un método hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental, tipo aplicada descriptivo, corte transversal. La población estará conformada por 90 trabajadores de una clínica de Pueblo Libre. Se aplicarán como instrumentos dos cuestionarios validados y confiables: Escala de clima social en la familia y cuestionario de Rendimiento laboral. Los datos se analizarán estadísticamente de forma descriptiva mediante tablas de doble entrada y porcentajes. Para el análisis inferencial, se utilizará pruebas estadísticas paramétricas (Rho de Spearman) y no paramétricas (Pearson) lo que permitirá contrastar la hipótesis.

The type of research is descriptive, cross-sectional, with a quantitative, observational approach. ; in which a total of 20 nursing graduates from the surgery service participated; The instrument that will be used as an instrument will be the safe surgery checklist, for data collection using the SPSS statistical program, after preparing the code table and data matrix table. Conocimientos y prácticas de higiene de manos prequirúrgica del personal de salud de un hospital II-1 de Lima Centro, 2024

La presente investigación cuenta con el objetivo de evaluar la relación las prácticas prequirúrgica en II-1 Lima Centro, en el periodo 2024. En cuanto a la parte metodológica 19 este estudio tomará tipo básica, - correlacional y de corte se usará, el transversal. Los sujetos para el estudio de investigación serán los trabajadores de un Hospital II de Lima Centro, siendo un total de 72 los cuales se utilizaran como muestra censal es decir todos participarán y posteriormente se aplicarán los instrumentos validados y confiables, siendo para la variable conocimiento un cuestionario que consta de tres dimensiones con un total de 10 preguntas y para el constructo práctica se usará una guía de evaluación del proceso de higiene de manos prequirúrgica la cual se distribuye en tres dimensiones con un total de 31 enunciados. En cuanto al proceso de análisis de la información obtenida, se ejecutará el software Excel para el barrido de datos y el programa SPSS - v26.0 para verificar las hipótesis. De la misma manera, para completar el propósito de correlación de la investigación se gestionará la prueba de normalidad de Kolmogorov Smirnov, la cual ayudará a elegir el coeficiente a usar, siendo posible utilizar el Coeficiente de Pearson.

Critical review: risk of metabolic syndrome associated with rotational work in health professionals

This study will address the nutritional implications for healthcare personnel, focusing on factors such as night shift rotations, which play an important role in lifestyle, preventing a completely healthy life, and making it difficult to provide better patient care. The clinical question was: Are healthcare workers on night shifts more exposed to metabolic syndrome compared to those who do not work rotating shifts, due to nutritional impact? The Evidence-Based Nutrition (EBN) Network was used. The search was conducted in MEDLINE, SCIELO, PUBMED, SCIENCE DIRECT, SCOPUS, where previous research pointing to our clinical question was found, relating nutritional habits and the development of metabolic syndrome with night rotating shifts. In conclusion, according to the readings of all the research found, there is a strong correlation between poor dietary habits and healthcare workers' night shifts, as this type of schedule negatively affects eating habits, increasing rates of overweight and developing metabolic syndrome, which is a precursor to life-threatening diseases such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, coronary disease, and stroke.

Cultura de seguridad y gestión de riesgos en profesionales de la salud en el primer nivel de atención, Ayacucho – Perú, 2023

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la cultura de seguridad y la gestión de riesgos en profesionales de la salud de establecimientos del primer nivel de atención en la Red de Salud Ayacucho Norte, Ayacucho- Perú, 2023. Materiales y métodos: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, correlacional transversal, tuvo una población de 186 profesionales de la salud y una muestra final de 130 participantes. Se empleo para la recolección de datos dos cuestionarios. Para la comprobación de hipótesis los datos se analizaron con el coeficiente de Spearman. Resultados: Se evidencio que la cultura de seguridad (74.6%) y la gestión de riesgos (74.6%) fueron negativas. Las pruebas de hipótesis mostraron una correlación positiva significativa entre cultura de seguridad (p=0.012), clima de trabajo en equipo (p=0.019), Clima de seguridad (p=0.007), percepción de la gestión (p=0.023) y condiciones de trabajo (p=0.018) con la gestión de riesgos, mientras que con satisfacción laboral (p=0.202) y reconocimiento del estrés (p=0.171) no existe relación.

Variables such as: degree of knowledge and attitude regarding biosafety measures will be used. The sample will be made up of 80 health professionals who make up the surgical team that works at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital. Deductive method, quantitative approach, non-experimental, correlational and transversal work, and the information will be collected through the application of the instrument: questionnaire of the degree of knowledge about biosafety measures of 20 questions, with KR 20 of 0.820 (instrument with a very good degree of reliability) and a biosafety measures observation sheet with 15 questions, with the KR 20 being 0.780 (instrument is adequate), having a good degree of reliability. reliability, instruments that will provide information on the study variables according to their dimensions. The data will be statistically processed through the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient presented in tables and figures.

Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, statistically analyzing its distribution through parametric (Pearson's Correlation) or non-parametric (Spearman's Rho Correlation) statistical tests.

Determinar la efectividad del ejercicio terapéutico en la fuerza de prensión manual, funcionalidad de hombro y dolor en el personal asistencial con discapacidad del miembro superior del Hospital Bicentenario de EsSalud de Chota, 2023. El método de estudio fue hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño cuasi experimental, como instrumentos se utilizaron el Dinamómetro de Jamar, el cuestionario de Quick Dash y la Escala de Visual Analógica. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 113 colaboradores con una muestra final de 25 colaboradores para el grupo experimental y 25 el grupo control. De muestreo de tipo No probabilístico por conveniencia.
