MATERIAL AND METHOD: In the systematic review of the ten scientific articles found regarding the benefits of intradialysis physical activity in hemodialysis users with chronic kidney damage, they were compiled from the Pubmed database, these were analyzed with the Grade scale thanks to This determined a high quality of evidence. Material and methods: Systematic observational and retrospective review, quantitative, the 10 articles found on the effect of noise intensity in the newborn hospitalized in the neonatal ICU, were found in the databases PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Wiley Online Library, Elsevier, Epistemonikos. Results: Of the total articles found, 60% were systematic reviews, 10% quasi-experimental, 20% descriptive and 10% experimental and all referred to the effect of noise intensity on newborns hospitalized in the neonatal ICU. 20% corresponds to Colombia and 10% to France, the United States, Spain, Mexico, Canada, Italy, Brazil and Iran with 10% respectively. Sedentary lifestyle is associated with the progression of CKD in some studies, though the results have not been conclusive, with methodologies and outcomes varying across studies. The present secondary research, titled "Critical Review: Effectiveness of Exercise in Improving Physical Functional Capacity in Adult Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease," aimed to answer the clinical question: Is exercise effective in improving physical functional capacity in adult patients with chronic kidney disease? Evidence-Based Nutrition (NuBE) methodology was used. A search of the PubMed, Science Direct, and Scielo databases found 25 articles, of which 15 addressed the clinical question. These were evaluated using the CASPE tool, and the final selected clinical trial was "Comparing Effects of 4 Months of Two Self-Administered Exercise Training Programs on Physical Performance in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease: RENEXC Randomized Controlled Trial," with an AI evidence level and strong recommendation grade. MATERIAL AND METHOD: The study is a systematic observational and retrospective review of articles with full text, in which their grade or quality of evidence was identified according to the Grade System. The population was made up of 10 articles obtained from the following databases in Pubmed, Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, Dialnet, Scielo, and Lilacs search engines. Of which 90% (9/10) correspond to systematic reviews and 10% (1/10) to literature reviews, of these 60% (6/10) correspond to the United States, 10% to the United Kingdom ( 1/10), Germany 10% (1/10), Canada 10% (1/10), and Colombia 10% (1/10). Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 100% demonstrate that palliative care is effective in improving the quality of life in children with cancer. Materials and Methods: Observational Systematic Review that is a fundamental tool to schematize the available information, increase the validity of the conclusions of individual studies and point out areas where it is necessary to carry out research, as well as synthesize the results of multiple primary investigations. The search was limited to articles with full text, and the chosen articles were subjected to critical reading, using the grade system to establish the strength of recommendation. Results: Various scientific articles were found, 40% were studies done in Ecuador and the remaining 60% were studies done in different countries such as Venezuela, Cuba, Italy, Brazil and Trinidad and Tobago. For the type of quality of the evidence, it was found that 40% of the studies reviewed are of High quality. According to the study design, 50% of the studies were descriptive cross-sectional, 40% were systematic reviews and 10% were retrospective. Results: 10 scientific articles were reviewed, of which 100% (10/10) report that mobbing has an impact on the mental health of nursing staff: having professional results with low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorders and a great emotional impact on severe cases suicide attempts.
