MATERIAL AND METHOD: In the systematic review of the ten scientific articles found regarding the benefits of intradialysis physical activity in hemodialysis users with chronic kidney damage, they were compiled from the Pubmed database, these were analyzed with the Grade scale thanks to This determined a high quality of evidence. The present secondary research titled as a critical review: Oropharyngeal Colostrum Positively Modulates the Inflammatory Response in Preterm Neonates aimed to evaluate the effects of oropharyngeal breast milk administration on inflammatory signaling in extremely premature babies. The clinical question was: Is there a positive relationship between the administration of oropharyngeal colostrum in very low weight premature newborns on inflammatory markers? The clinical question was: Will probiotics produce benefits in adults over 50 years of age who suffer from colorectal cancer? The Evidence-Based Nutrition (NuBE) methodology was used. The information search was carried out in PubMed, Scielo, HINARI and LILACS, finding 31 articles, 5 being selected that have been evaluated by the CASPE critical reading tool, finally selecting the Prospective Controlled Clinical Trial titled “Usage of Probiotics and its Clinical Significance at Surgically Treated Patients Suffering from Colorectal carcinoma” which has a level of evidence I and Grade of Recommendation I, according to the expertise of the researcher. METHODOLOGY: Descriptive, comparative, retrospective and cross-sectional study. RESULTS: 100% of patients with Obstetric Psychoprophylaxis (OPP) had >6 controls, while 53% of patients without OPP had <6 controls; 83% and 43% of patients with PPO and without PPO respectively had a gestational age of 39 weeks; The frequency of contractions was 3 contractions in 10 minutes with 97% in patients with PPO, the duration of the dilation period was 8 -14 hours with 97% in patients with PPO, however 43% of patients without PPO had a duration of >15 hours, the duration of the expulsive period was 15 - 30 minutes with 97% in patients with PPO, however 50% of patients without PPO lasted > 30 minutes. Methodology: The study carried out is a Systematic Review of 10 articles in the LILACS, SCIELO, MEDLINE, and PUBMED databases, whose search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the Jover's evaluation to identify its level of evidence. Results: In the review of the Articles, the effectiveness of changing the peripheral venous catheter to prevent phlebitis is observed; However, in the latest studies carried out, the permanence time of peripheral devices does not show the cause of the origin of vascular complications such as phlebitis, in relation to the systematic change and replacement due to clinical indication in adult patients with intravenous treatment. Methodology: The systematic review of the 10 scientific articles were from the following databases: Epistemonikos, Scielo, Cochrane Plus, Pubmed, Medline. They allowed us to find 10 scientific evidence. Material and methods: The type of study is descriptive, the design of a systematic review was obtained from the following databases Pubmed, Scielo, Wolters Kluwer, Google academic, Wiley One library, Dialnet, Epistemonikos. Of the 10 articles reviewed, 40% (n=4/10) are cohort studies, another 40% (n=4/10) are randomized controlled trials and 20% (n=2/10) are systematic reviews, According to the quality of the evidence, it was found to be high at 60%. Material and methods: Review of scientific, retrospective-quantitative and observational articles, which were analyzed, through the use of the Grade system, which measures the quality of scientific evidence, which were found in: Scielo, Cochrane, Epistemonikos Sciencedirect and PubMed. Of the 10 reviews carried out, 20% (n= 2/10) are systematic reviews and 80% (n= 8/10) are randomized controlled trials. According to the reviews carried out, these come from the countries of Finland (10%), Brazil (10%), Italy (20%), Australia (10%), Lebanon (10%), Boston (10%), China (10%), Turkey (10%) and Iran (10%). Materials and Methods: Systematic observational and retrospective review, the search was restricted to articles with full texts and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading. In the final selection, 12 articles were chosen, we found that 42% (05) correspond to the United States, we found 25% (03) in France and 17% (2) in Korea, while only 8% (01) we found Canada and Colombia respectively. . Most of the Meta-analysis studies have been studied with 50%. Among the systematic reviews we find 8.3% in Colombia, controlled clinical trials 33.3% in the United States, France, and we have 8.3% case-control studies belonging to France. Results: In the articles we found that 46.6% (08) affirm that the prone position reduces mortality in patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in the prone position, we found 8.3% (01) affirm that the prone position is also safe in patients obese and improves oxygenation more than in non-obese patients and 8.3%(01) affirm that patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome In the prone position, the cardiac index improved. Material and methods: Systematic observational and retrospective review subjected to critical evaluation that summarized the results of multiple scientific articles of high quality of evidence found in the databases; PubMed, Scielo, ESCO and Scopemed. Of the 10 scientific articles reviewed, 60% (n=6/10) are randomized controlled trials and 40% (n=4/10) are systematic reviews, they come from countries such as; Brazil, United Kingdom, Türkiye, Singapore, Iran, Australia and Spain. On the other hand, the search was established as long as the full text of the scientific article of interest was accessed. Results: The evidence found (10/10) shows the effectiveness of the psychoeducation program to reduce relapses, in terms of adherence to the treatment of bipolar disorder (6/10) articles, show a significant improvement after psychoeducation, other benefits found were an increase in lithium levels in the blood, lower frequency and days of hospitalization, and improvement in the social functioning of users with bipolar disorder with psychoeducation. Methodology/Methods: Systematic reviews are the best effort to compile and synthesize scientific evidence on the topic, through a method that ensures that the biases and limitations that we have mentioned in 8 scientific articles published and indexed in the databases, which corresponds to articles published in Spanish. Results: In the final selection, 8 articles were chosen, we found that 20% (02) correspond to Chile, and 10% (1) in Mexico, Spain, Bolivia, Colombia, USA, Cuba respectively. Among the articles we have (6) experimental, quasi-experimental (1), cases and controls (1). Where the total of articles analyzed 60% affirm that the use of self-adhesive mesh compared to conventional mesh is long-term benefit in hernias inguinal. Conclusions: It was evident in the reviewed research that there is effectiveness of self-adhesive mesh and polypropylene mesh in preventing postoperative complications in inguinal hernia with supposed benefits in reducing surgical time and reducing postoperative pain without increasing the number of complications or recurrences.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of using ultrasound guidance in catheter placement in patients with difficult vascular access(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-25) Matos Bonifacio, Yeny; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaObjective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of the use of ultrasound guidance in the placement of catheters in patients with difficult vascular disease. Materials and Methods: The type and design of the study was quantitative and systematic review respectively, 10 scientific articles made up the population and sample, of 100%, 10% correspond to Spain, 10% correspond to France, 10% London England, 10% Ireland, 30% USA, 10% Great Britain, 10% Canada and 10% Japan. The systematic review of the 10 scientific articles of which according to the type of research design, 10% (n=1/10) are randomized trials, 80% (n=8/10) are a systematic review and meta-analysis, and 10 % (n=1/10) are randomized studies. Results We found in 100% (10/10) of the studies that the use of ultrasound guidance in the placement of catheters in patients with difficult vascular access was effective in older adult patients, children, oncology patients, and diabetic patients who undergo dialysis. Conclusions: 10 of the 10 evidence concluded that the use of ultrasound in the placement of peripheral catheters is effective, because it has significant beneficial effects, being successful on the first attempt, reducing the risk of arterial puncture and hematomas, reducing complications.
