Se concluye las variables ansiedad y satisfacción laboral son variables independientes, pues los efectivos policiales no consideran significativo el nivel de ansiedad por la naturaleza de su trabajo y ello no altera su nivel de satisfacción laboral.Ítem Acceso abierto Burnout and job satisfaction in surgical center nursing staff of a Lima hospital - 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-04-06) Avilés Aronés, Margot; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaThe objective of this study is to determine the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction in the nursing staff of the Surgical Center of a Hospital in Lima, 2022.
