Asegurar que la atención enfermera cumpla con estándares de calidad es esencial para proporcionarles un cuidado excepcional. La calidad de los cuidados puede evaluarse a través de la satisfacción de los pacientes, la cual puede mejorarse con una atención adecuada y cuidadosa. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y satisfacción de usuarios oncológicos del servicio de Quimioterapia de un Hospital de Lima, 2024. Métodos: Estudio aplicado de diversas modalidades de investigación, enfoque numérico, diseño transversal correctivo. La muestra poblacional consta de ochenta usuarios oncológicos. Se emplearán 2 instrumentos de recolección de datos previamente validados en investigaciones anteriores: cuestionario de calidad del cuidado de enfermería y el cuestionario de satisfacción de usuarios oncológicos, se empleará la técnica de encuesta para evaluar las dos variables de estudio. El análisis de los datos se llevará a cabo mediante el uso del sistema SPSS actualización 26. Materials and Methods: This was a quantitative, correlational, non-experimental, and cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 196 nursing professionals working in the hospital's inpatient areas, selected through non-probability convenience sampling. The instruments used were the Care Skills Inventory and a questionnaire on work conditions. Results: In terms of humanized care ability, 75.15% had medium-level skills, 18.93% had low-level skills, and 5.92% had high-level skills. Regarding work conditions, 80.47% were at a regular level, and 19.53% were at a good level. When correlating both variables, it was found that humanized care ability had a medium level in relation to work conditions, with 61.5% of respondents reporting regular work conditions. In terms of dimensions of humanized care ability, 42% had a high level in knowledge, 71.6% had a low level in values, and 46.2% had a medium level in patience. Conclusion: The work conditions faced by nursing staff at the Daniel Alcides Carrión National Hospital significantly correlate with the level of humanized care ability (p = 0.000 → p < 0.05). La población estará constituida de 80 familiares acompañantes de pacientes pediátricos hospitalizados en el servicio de pediátrica de un hospital de Lima. La metodología a utilizar será cuantitativa, correlacional y no experimental, utilizando un método deductivo hipotético. Se empleará como técnica la encuesta en los dos instrumentos. El primer instrumento tuvo confiabilidad de 0,894, la cual es adecuada según Alfa de Cronbach; el segundo instrumento tuvo 0.905 de confidencialidad. Ambos instrumentos fueron validados por jueces expertos. Los datos obtenidos de cada variable se procesarán los datos y serán presentados en forma de gráficos y tablas haciendo uso del programa estadístico SPSS. The study is correlational, aiming to measure the relationship between the variables without manipulating them. Non-probability convenience sampling was used, with a sample consisting of 45 patients. The techniques employed included surveys and document analysis, with the instruments based on a Likert-type scale. Methodology: The research will be quantitative and will employ the hypothetical-deductive method. The type of research will be applied, the design will be non-experimental, the approach will be cross-sectional, and the level will be correlational. Regarding the population, 180 post-operative patients from the surgical center of the Dos de Mayo Hospital in Lima, Peru, will be considered. The survey technique will be used, and an instrument with a questionnaire will be applied to measure the variables, specifically: the Humanized Nursing Care Questionnaire (PCHE III), which has a reliability coefficient of 0.88 (Cronbach's alpha). The results will be tabulated, and the necessary statistics will be interpreted using tables and graphs as appropriate. Results: 80.8% were older than 19 years; 96.9% were cohabiting, 89.9% were housewives, 78.4% had secondary education, 96.5% were Catholic, 98.6% had their first menstruation between the ages of 10 and 14, 71.4% had their first sexual activity between 16 and 20 years old, 94.5% had between 4 and 7 sexual partners, and 35.2% were second-time pregnant. Sexual interest decreased in the first and third trimesters, partner complicity was sometimes present in the second and third trimesters, sexual activity decreased to once per week in the second trimester and to once per month in the third, sexual arousal was almost always present in the first and second trimesters, no dyspareunia was reported, and orgasm occurred during sexual activity in the first and second trimesters. Regarding coital satisfaction, participants were moderately satisfied in the first trimester and indifferent in the second and third trimesters. Methodology: The study will use a hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design, involving a sample population of 50 older adult patients. In turn, patient satisfaction will be the response that allows us to measure the efficiency of the care provided by the nurse, improving it if any deficiencies are found in order to meet the patient's needs and expectations. The main objective of the research is to establish the relationship between humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction for Covid-19 patients. The research is applied, with a quantitative approach, correlational and cross-sectional design. The sample consists of 108 patients, and the survey will be the data collection technique. To measure humanized care, the Perception of Humanized Nursing Care Behaviors questionnaire will be used, focusing on the dimensions of nursing qualities, patient-nurse communication openness, and willingness to provide care. To assess patient satisfaction, the SERVQUAL instrument will be used, with its five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Materials and methods: The research study has a quantitative approach, descriptive, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The sample was 41 students, data collection was carried out through a survey, applying the Likert-type Student Satisfaction Scale instrument. Results: 80.5% of the participants are female, 8 participants (19.5%) are male. Regarding marital status, 68.3% of the total are single; 24.4%, married and only 7.3%, cohabiting. In relation to the place of origin, 70.7% of the total come from the coast; 19.5%, from the mountains and only 9.8%, from the jungle. The population reported feeling moderately satisfied (58.5%), followed by a satisfied result (41.5%). Satisfaction, according to the teaching and academic dimension, is mostly moderately satisfied. According to the chi square statistical test, there is no relationship between both variables. Conclusions: There is no relationship between sociodemographic characteristics and the level of satisfaction with pre-professional practices.
