Material and Method: The study is quantitative, applied level, using a quasi-experimental method. Fourteen educational sessions were conducted with an intentional sample of 218 students aged 13 to 18 years. Data collection was carried out through a multiple-choice questionnaire and a Likert scale, applied before and after the intervention. Data processing and analysis were performed using SPSS 15.0 statistical software. Results: Before the educational program, 37% and 35% of students had very low and low levels of knowledge, respectively. After the program, 42% achieved an average level of knowledge. Regarding attitudes, they remained neutral ("neither in favor nor against") in both the pre- and post-test. However, there was a shift from neutral attitudes to favorable and highly favorable attitudes in 42% of the participants. Conclusions: The Educational Program "Sexual Education and Healthy Communities" is effective (Student's t-test: t(413) = 8.798, p = .038 and t(434) = 2.682, p < .001) as it led to an increase in the level of knowledge and changes in favorable attitudes.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores relacionados a la actividad coital durante el embarazo en varones del AAHH. HH Flor de Amancaes, Rímac, 2025. Se realizó un estudio observacional analítico de casos y controles, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, se trabajó con una población de 100 colaboradores de una distribución de 1:1, es decir de 50 casos y 50 a control, se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: la presencia de los factores personales, culturales y sociales fueron significativas estadísticamente (p-valor <0,05). En los factores sociales se presentaron; redes sociales, los medios de comunicación por grupos de pares, así como los medios de comunicación informáticos y a través del sector de salud, mediante la consulta pre natal. Entre los factores culturales se tuvo a: actividades coitales de los varones en forma significativa entre ellos se mencionan mitos, creencias, la vergüenza, el miedo, complicaciones del embarazo y las posiciones coitales de parejas. Y en los factores personales se halló; las actividades coitales de los varones en forma significativa entre ellos se mencionan; el factor emocional, las indicaciones médicas, la religión, la comunicación de la pareja y la satisfacción en lo sexual de la pareja. Se concluye que: Son los factores sociales, culturales y personales los que se relacionan a la actividad coital durante el embarazo en la población de varones del AA. The sample consisted of 108 students based on pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria, who were administered the Andrade Family Environment Scale. Results: Regarding the initiation of sexual relations among 4th and 5th-grade students of the I.E. Nº 1219 José Carlos Mariátegui, it was found that 52.8% (57) had not initiated sexual relations, while 47.2% (51) had. Regarding the mother's family environment, it was found that 54.2% (58) had a good family environment, while 45.8% (49) had a poor environment. Regarding the father's family environment, it was found that 81.9% (77) had a poor family environment, while 18.1% (17) had a good family environment. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the initiation of sexual relations and the family environment concerning the mother, among 4th and 5th-grade students of the I.E. Design: A quasi-experimental, prospective, longitudinal study. Results: Regarding the sociodemographic characteristics of the 5th-year secondary students at Víctor Morón Muñoz School, the average age was 16 years (46.2%), ranging from 15 to 17 years, with 57.1% female participants. The section with the most participants was 5°C (39.6%). In the pre-test, the level of sexual knowledge was: Deficient: 1.1% Moderate: 35.2% Good: 63.7% In the post-test: Moderate: 4.4% Good: 95.6% Regarding sexual attitudes, the pre-test reported: Regular: 3.3% Good: 96.7% In the post-test: Good: 100% Conclusion: The workshop "I Protect, Knowing Myself a Little More" had a significant impact on the level of knowledge and sexual attitudes of 5th-year secondary school students at Víctor Morón Muñoz School in 2023.Publicación Acceso abierto Impacto del taller “responsabilidad sexual y reproductiva” en adolescentes del 4°y 5°de secundaria en la I.E “Túpac Amaru II”, 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-06-30) Manuel Machaca, Daniela Leticia; Reyes Serrano, Bertha NathalyObjetivo: Determinar el impacto posterior al taller “Responsabilidad sexual y reproductiva” en el nivel de comprensión y actitudes, en los alumnos del 4° y 5° de secundaria en la I. E “Túpac Amaru II”, 2025. Metodología: Enfoque cuantitativo, método analítico, tipo cuasi experimental, y diseño del tipo experimental, prospectivo y longitudinal. Resultados: Referente a la comprensión sobre la sexualidad en la adolescencia, en el pre test el 52,2% presentó el mayor porcentaje con un nivel regular. Luego del taller, el 60,2% presentó un nivel bueno. Respecto a la comprensión sobre el ciclo menstrual, en el pre test el 69% presentó el mayor porcentaje obteniendo un nivel bueno. En el post test, el 89,4% alcanzó un nivel alto, manteniendo el mismo nivel que en el pre test. En relación con las actitudes frente a los métodos anticonceptivos, en el pre test el 57,5% presentó el mayor porcentaje con un nivel deficiente. Después del taller, el 54,9% seguía en nivel deficiente Conclusión: El taller generó un impacto positivo en la comprensión sobre sexualidad y el ciclo menstrual. SIR Isaac Newton – 2024.Diseño La investigación fue de tipo cuasi-experimental, con un enfoque cuantitativo. Resultados Con respecto a las características sociodemográficas, el estudio contó con 49 estudiantes, hombres y mujeres, con edades entre 14 y 19 años. Según el nivel de conocimiento sexual en el pretest, en la En la dimensión Adolescencia y Sexualidad, el 67.35% de los estudiantes presentó un conocimiento limitado, mientras que únicamente el 10.2% alcanzó un nivel elevado. Después del programa, el nivel bajo disminuyó al 4.08% y el nivel alto aumentó al 59.18%. En la dimensión Ciclo Menstrual, el nivel bajo pasó de 77.55% a 2.04% mientras que el nivel alto alcanzó el 97.96%, en la comparación por sexo, en el nivel "Alto", el 58.8% corresponde a mujeres y el 41.2% a varones lo que indica que una mayor proporción de mujeres tienen mejores resultados. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review that summarizes the results of multiple primary studies, identifying key studies to answer specific clinical practice questions. The review focused on full-text articles and critical reading using the GRADE system to assign strength of recommendations. Results: Ten articles were selected, with 30% (3) from Spain, 20% (2) from Cuba, and 10% (1) from Costa Rica, Ecuador, Brazil, Chile, and Colombia. Most studies were observational and descriptive cross-sectional (50%), with 10% being systematic reviews from Spain, and the remaining 50% were descriptive cross-sectional studies from Spain, Mexico, and Cuba. Conclusions: Of the 10 articles analyzed, 90% support the importance of sexual education and contraception in reducing adolescent pregnancies.Publicación Acceso abierto Influencia de la inteligencia artificial en el conocimiento sobre la educación sexual y el uso de anticonceptivos en comerciantes y trabajadores del mercado Carolina de Chiclayo. Año - 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-12-17) Nuñez Tafur, Lusbet Yaqueli; Rodriguez Ticlla, Ida; Alvarado Pinedo, Carlos MarvinEl objetivo de este estudio es examinar cómo la inteligencia artificial influye en el conocimiento sobre educación sexual (ES) y en el uso de métodos anticonceptivos entre los comerciantes y trabajadores del mercado Carolina de Chiclayo, considerando que estas herramientas tecnológicas pueden facilitar el acceso a información confiable y reforzar la toma de decisiones informadas en temas de salud sexual. Metodología: La presente investigación básica es de método hipotético-deductivo, diseño cuantitativo, no experimental, de alcance explicativo Causa- efecto, a una muestra finita de 198 comerciantes y trabajadores .Los principales resultados indican que la muestra presento una distribución de genero casi equitativa (50.4% del sexo femenino y 49.6% del masculino), destacando un predominio de secundaria (58.6%). En función a la inteligencia artificial (IA), la mayoría de encuestados (60.8%) señaló utilizarla solo “ a veces” para buscar información sobre educación sexual, siendo los motores de búsqueda con IA la plataforma más utilizada (92%). Un hallazgo de especial significancia es la percepción sobre facilidad de acceso a la información, donde la mitad de los participantes (50.4%) considero que es “muy fácil” encontrar información sobre la educación sexual utilizando IA , frente a una mínima proporción (0,8) que lo percibió como “muy difícil”. Material and methods: The review of published publications was made up of 30 studies published in different virtual libraries such as Scielo, Lilacs, Dianet and Pubmed, during an interval of no more than 5 years to obtain a final sample of 22 bibliographic reviews. Results: It was determined that there is evidence from the scientific literature on the most frequent obstetric complication of pregnant adolescents, which was High Blood Pressure, where we found preeclampsia, followed by anemia, which was the presence of mild anemia. And in relation to urinary tract infection was the presence of cystitis in pregnant adolescents. Conclusions: It was determined that there is evidence from the scientific literature that the most frequent complication of pregnant adolescents was high blood pressure, followed by anemia and urinary tract infections.Publicación Acceso abierto Programa educativo sobre medidas preventivas en embarazo adolescente en estudiantes de 5to año de una institución educativa nacional(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-09-11) Sánchez Dianderas, Valeria Nicole; Caldas Herrera, Maria EvelinaEl presente estudio fue planteado con el objetivo de Determinar la influencia de un programa educativo sobre medidas preventivas frente al embarazo adolescente en el nivel de conocimiento de estudiantes de 5to año de la I.E. 5080 Sorana de los Ángeles – Callao, 2025. El material y método fue un estudio cuasiexperimental, prospectivo y longitudinal, con enfoque cuantitativo. La población estuvo conformada por 300 estudiantes, seleccionándose una muestra no probabilística de 50 alumnos. Se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado antes y después de la intervención, validado por juicio de expertos y con confiabilidad determinada mediante Alfa de Cronbach. El programa educativo constó de tres sesiones sobre embarazo adolescente, medidas preventivas y métodos anticonceptivos. Los datos fueron analizados mediante estadística descriptiva e inferencial (prueba chi cuadrado, p<0.05). Los resultados se obtuvo lo siguiente: que antes de la intervención, el 52% de los estudiantes presentó nivel bajo de conocimiento, el 24% nivel medio y el 24% nivel alto. Posterior a la intervención, el 68% alcanzó un nivel alto y el 32% medio, eliminándose el nivel bajo. La prueba de chi-cuadrado evidenció asociación significativa entre la aplicación del programa educativo y el nivel de conocimiento (p=0.003), confirmando la hipótesis planteada. Conclusión: El programa educativo sobre en embarazo adolescente y medidas preventivas influye de manera significativa y positiva en el nivel de conocimiento en estudiantes del 5to de secundaria de la I.E. 5080 Sorana de los Ángeles en el 2025. Materials and methods: Descriptive observational, cross-sectional study, with a sample of 300 men. Results: 26% of men are between 25 and 29 years old; The marital status of 73.7% of them is a stable union; The educational level of 76% of respondents is secondary education; 44.3% claimed to have independent work; 71% say they profess the Catholic religion; 75.7% of men in the study are of mixed race; and finally 61.7% claimed to have been born in the coastal region; Regarding sexual behaviors, 51%, 57.7%, 34% had coital relations with their partner between 1 to 3 times a week; before pregnancy, I trimester, II trimester respectively; Likewise, in the third quarter, 31.7% suspended coital relations; 24.3% practiced oral sex; 42.3% performed the side position more frequently in their sexual relations; 51.3% both had the initiative to have sexual relations; 70% of men showed love with hugs and caresses to their pregnant partner; 14.7% had another sexual partner during their spouse's pregnancy; On the other hand, 87.4% of men surveyed have favorable sexual attitudes during their partner's pregnancy. Methodology: A descriptive observational study was conducted with a total population of 70 pregnant women in their third trimester of pregnancy, aged between 16 and 38 years. A survey was applied, divided into four sections: general characteristics, sexual practices, sexual responses, and sexual positions of the pregnant women. Results: A total of 34.3% of pregnant women were aged between 20 and 24 years. The most commonly practiced sexual activity was vaginal intercourse (71.4%). The frequency of sexual practices was twice per week (24.3%). Sexual response, including desire, arousal, orgasm, and satisfaction, showed an increase. The most preferred sexual position was with the woman on top (47.1%). Conclusion: Sexual behavior during pregnancy did not change significantly despite the physiological, psychological, and emotional changes experienced during this stage.Ítem Acceso abierto Sociodemographic and cultural characteristics of adolescents with recurrent pregnancy at María Auxiliadora Hospital, 2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-07) Renojo Vilchez, Mariela Katherine; Orderique Torres, Luis FernandoResults: average age of 15 years, average age of sexual debut was 14 years, the number of sexual partners was 2 and in some cases up to 5 sexual partners were found, age of first pregnancy was 15 years. We found 2 pregnancies and in some cases up to 3 pregnancies per adolescent, 64.4% are single, 52.6% are dedicated to study, 77.6% did not use any contraceptive method before their first pregnancy, 92.3% of adolescents and 87.5% of their partners studied up to secondary level, 58.7% are from the coast, 92.9% live at home with their parents and 38.8% of their family is nuclear. Conclusion: The adolescents with recurrent pregnancies are 15 years old and began sexual relations at 14 years of age, have two sexual partners and two pregnancies at 15 years of age, are single, are students and have not used any contraceptive method. The adolescents and their partners had completed secondary school, are from the coast, many of them lived with their parents before becoming pregnant and came from a nuclear family.
