En América Latina, la exposición a compuestos químicos afecta significativamente la salud de los trabajadores textiles. El presente estudio busca determinar la relación entre la actividad física (AF) y el flujo pico espiratorio (FPE) en trabajadores textiles, con preguntas específicas que exploran al intensidad, frecuencia y duración de la AF, teniendo como objetivo General determinar la relación entre la actividad física (AF) y el flujo pico espiratorio (FPE) y como objetivos específicos relacionar la intensidad, frecuencia y duración de la AF con el FPE, identificar la AF Y PFE de estos trabajadores, evaluar las características sociodemográficas de los trabajadores. Materials and methods: This study will have a quantitative approach and the methodological design that will be used will be descriptive and cross-sectional. The population and sample will be made up of 120 mothers of children from 6 to 36 months who attend a health center in Peru. In this research, the technique that will be used will be the survey, which will provide us with important and effective information. To carry out this research, the questionnaire developed by Delgado et al. will be used. (16) titled “Questionnaire addressed to the mother of a child from 6 to 36 months” for their research carried out in Tumbes-Peru during 2016. Objective: to establish the relationship between anxiety and depression in the nursing staff of the intensive care unit of a reference hospital in the northern cone of Lima, 2021. Methods: the study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and census sample will be made up of all the nursing staff who work in the intensive care unit of the Cayetano Heredia national hospital in the northern cone of Lima. Methodology: Descriptive, cross-sectional, prospective study in 81 mothers of children under 1 to 5 years old attended at a health center in the Cercado district of Lima - 2019. The survey was used with the Cisneros & Vallejos questionnaire previously validated within of an educational intervention evaluation. This instrument has 15 questions with three categories with scoring Results: Of the total, a favorable attitude of the mothers was determined where 55 (68.2%) agreed with the questionnaire items, 21 (25.7%) were indifferent and 5 (6.1%) disagreed with the study items. The most frequent age group was 16 to 20 years old (29.6%), then the 21 to 25 year old age group (27.2%). Forty-four (54.3%) mothers had 1 child and 55 (67.9%) mothers completed secondary school. The technique used was the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire to measure burnout syndrome, and the Font Roja survey to measure job satisfaction. The total study population was made up of 60 health professionals. Results: burnout syndrome is related in 71% to job satisfaction, average burnout syndrome is present in 53% with job satisfaction: dissatisfied. Burnout syndrome in its emotional exhaustion dimension is related in 58% to job satisfaction in which high burnout syndrome is present in 56% with dissatisfied job satisfaction. Burnout syndrome in its depersonalization dimension is related in 69% to job satisfaction in which 54% present average burnout syndrome with dissatisfied job satisfaction. Burnout syndrome in its personal fulfillment dimension is related in 77% to job satisfaction in which 50% present average burnout syndrome with dissatisfied job satisfaction. Methodology: the research is applied, observational, descriptive, cross-sectional relational. The census sample was 30 nurses. The technique was the survey applying the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire to measure Burnout Syndrome and the Font Roja questionnaire to measure job satisfaction. To determine if there is an association between the variables, the non-parametric test of the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient was used. Results: 97% of the nurses who worked at the Ricardo Palma Clinic, Lima 2021 presented a medium level of burnout syndrome. Conclusions: There is no statistically significant relationship between Burnout Syndrome and job satisfaction in nurses who work at the Ricardo Palma Clinic, Lima – 2021 (p=0.134; p=0.138). METHODOLOGY will be based on a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The study will be carried out with the entire population, that is, 35 nurses. For data collection, the Malash Burnout Inventory – HS questionnaire will be applied as an instrument. To collect the information, authorization will be requested from the personnel in charge of the hospital's training and teaching area to carry out the project, proceeding to apply the instrument with prior informed consent. After obtaining the data, they will be entered into the statistical software and the results will be expressed in tables.Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad de vida y trastorno musculoesquelético en agricultores del anexo Don Bosco, Chanchamayo, 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-10-02) Crisostomo Escobar, Mariana Oriana; Puma Chombo, Jorge EloyEl objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación entre la calidad de vida y los trastornos musculoesqueléticos en agricultores, el método del estudio fue hipotético deductivo de tipo aplicativo, no experimental, correlacional y transversal con un enfoque cuantitativo. La población estuvo compuesta por 80 agricultores del anexo Don Bosco, la muestra fue conformada por 60 agricultores. El estudio fue no probabilístico de tipo censal. Para la obtención de datos se utilizó una ficha de recolección de elaboración propia para obtener los datos sociodemográficos y clínicos, el cuestionario de Salud SF-36 (calidad de vida) y el cuestionario Nórdico - NMQ (trastornos musculoesqueléticos), la técnica que se usó para la evaluación de los instrumentos fue de tipo encuesta de igual manera para la ficha de recolección de datos. La validación fue de 1.0 evaluadas por los expertos de ambos instrumentos (Cuestionario de Salud SF-36 y el cuestionario Nórdico). Los resultados evidenciaron que el 68.3% de los encuestados fueron hombres y el 31.7% mujeres. En cuanto a la distribución por edades, se evidenció que la frecuencia más recurrente es de 30 a 40 años con un 40%, con respecto a la jornada laboral, la más frecuente fue de 4 a 8 horas, con un 61.7% de los encuestados. Se halló un vínculo estadísticamente comprobado entre la dimensión salud general y trastornos musculoesqueléticos (p = 0.001), lo que quiere decir que cuanto mejor sea la salud general de los agricultores, estos presentaran menos trastornos musculoesqueléticos.Publicación Acceso abierto Capacidad funcional y calidad de sueño en jugadores de fútbol de un club deportivo, Lima, 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-08-29) Arone Aucahuasi, Sulmy; Mallqui Molina, Rocío Maribel; Diaz Mau, Aimee YajairaLa capacidad funcional es fundamental para el desempeño físico óptimo en entrenamientos y competencias. Una buena calidad de sueño puede ser un factor clave para alcanzar un rendimiento excepcional a nivel profesional, ya que durante el sueño se producen procesos de recuperación y consolidación muscular, lo que permite al atleta rendir al máximo en sus entrenamientos y competencias. Sin embargo, el desequilibrio en estas variables puede tener consecuencias negativas en el bienestar físico, social y psicológico Objetivo: El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la relación entre la capacidad funcional y la calidad de sueño en jugadores de fútbol de un club deportivo Lima,2025 Materiales y Método: La muestra estuvo conformada por 80 jugadores de fútbol de un club deportivo. Se realizó un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético-deductivo, básico, no experimental con un enfoque descriptivo-correlacional. Se utilizaron 2 instrumentos, El test de caminata es de 6 minutos para medir capacidad funcional y El cuestionario índice de calidad de sueño de PITTSBURGH. Resultados: Se encontró que la mayoritariamente el (43,8%) estuvo conformada por jugadores que tenían de 24 a 29 años, El resultado promedio de la capacidad funcional es de 713.95 m en jugadores de fútbol de un club deportivo, Lima 2025, a nivel de calidad de sueño se encontró que el 40%de jugadores presenta sueño sin problemas, el 32,5% puede requerir atención médica y el 27,5% sugiere la necesidad de tratamiento médico. Conclusión: se concluye que existe una correlación positiva muy alta y significativa. Es decir, a mayor capacidad funcional, mejor calidad del sueño.
