Material and methods: It is descriptive with a non-experimental design, quantitative and cross-sectional approach. The sample was made up of 112 nursing interns, this information was obtained from the school's internal list. To obtain data, the validated instrument, the academic procrastination scale (EAP), was used, showing a very high internal consistency (α = 0.816). Results: It allowed us to know that academic procrastination, which most predominates in nursing interns, is The medium criterion is 74% and the High criteria is 26%, meaning that there is self-control, time organization, ineffective learning strategies, postponement of the start, continuation or completion of academic tasks and time pressure in completing tasks, this indicates that there is stress from the activities carried out by nursing interns. Conclusions: In total academic procrastination, there are medium and high criteria in the assignment of values, indicating stress, that is, low self-control, time organization, little effectiveness in learning strategy, completion and pressure of academic tasks. In the Academic Self-Regulation dimension, there are Medium and high criteria in the assignment of values with low self-control and organization of time and in learning strategies. Material and methods: Under the quantitative approach, applied type, descriptive level, non-experimental design, there was a sample of 94 students between 20 and 41 years old, 87.5% being women. Con un método hipotético – deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, un tipo de estudio básico con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y nivel correlacional. Con una muestra de estudio de 168 estudiantes. Para la recolección de datos se emplearon la Escala de bienestar psicológico de Ryff y Escala de procrastinación académica de Busko. Para el procesamiento de los datos se utilizó el programa Microsoft Excel 2019 y SPSS V.27. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 4.8% de los estudiantes presentó un nivel bajo de bienestar psicológico, el 29.2% un nivel moderado, el 58.9% en un nivel alto y el 7.1% un nivel elevado. En cuanto a la procrastinación académica, el 83.3% obtuvo un nivel bajo, el 16.1% un nivel medio y el 0.6% un nivel alto. Asimismo, se encontró una correlación inversa moderada y significativa (rs=-0.565**, p< 0.05) entre bienestar psicológico y procrastinación académica en estudiantes de educación superior.Ítem Acceso abierto Burnout syndrome in nursing interns at the Norbert Wiener Lima Private University, 2020.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-01-04) Tenorio Huamani, Maribel; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: Determine the level of Burnout syndrome in nursing interns at the Norbert Wiener University Lima - 2020. Materials and methods: The research has a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional approach, we worked with 70 nursing interns at the Norbert University Wiener. The Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire was applied, which contains three aspects of Burnout syndrome such as: Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization and Personal Achievement. Results: It was found that in the sociodemographic data there are inmates aged 19 to 30 years in 64%, and female in 77.1%. In the Burnout Syndrome in the dimension of emotional exhaustion it was average 60%. In depersonalization it was low 46%. In personal achievement it was average 48%. In total, 50% were obtained at an average level for Burnout. Conclusions: There are nursing interns with Burnout Syndrome in the emotional exhaustion dimension that predominates in 60%.Publicación Acceso abierto Diseño de una nueva Directiva para Grupos de Investigación en una universidad pública. Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-06-25) Romero Maguiña, Silvana Anthuanet; Arce Guevara, ErnestoEste informe tiene como objetivo principal analizar las contingencias en los procedimientos de creación y evaluación de grupos de investigación dentro de la universidad. La propuesta busca desarrollar una directiva actualizada que garantice una gestión administrativa más eficiente, minimizando inconvenientes, reduciendo demoras y aumentando la transparencia en el uso de recursos. Para alcanzar estos objetivos, se aplicó un enfoque metodológico que incluyó la recolección de datos relevantes sobre los procedimientos actuales, un análisis crítico de estos procesos y la identificación de puntos críticos que obstaculizan la gestión administrativa. Este enfoque permitió obtener una visión clara de las áreas que requieren mejoras significativas. La nueva directiva propuesta se centra en simplificar y agilizar los procedimientos administrativos, así como en fortalecer los mecanismos de control y transparencia. Al implementar estas mejoras, se espera optimizar la gestión de los recursos públicos, asegurando que se utilicen de manera más efectiva y responsable. Los resultados esperados con la implementación de esta directiva incluyen una reducción significativa en los tiempos de procesamiento y una mejora en la satisfacción del capital humano involucrado en la gestión de los procesos. Además, la propuesta no solo busca optimizar la operatividad interna de la UNMSM, sino que también tiene el potencial de servir como un modelo replicable para otras entidades públicas que enfrentan desafíos similares en su gestión administrativa. En conclusión, la nueva directiva representa un avance crucial hacia una gestión administrativa más eficiente y transparente en la UNMSM, contribuyendo de manera significativa al cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales y al fortalecimiento de la confianza en la administración pública.Ítem Acceso abierto Emotional intelligence in students of the seventh and eighth nursing cycle of the Norbert Wiener private university(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-05-11) Quintanilla Chilquillo, Fiama Yasbell; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeThe following research aims to determine the Emotional Intelligence of students from the 7th and 8th nursing cycles at the Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener. The method used was a quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive study. The population consists of 80 students, and the instrument used was the Trait Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS-24), which contains 24 items divided into three dimensions: Emotional Perception, Understanding of Emotions, and Emotional Regulation. The results showed that out of 100% (80 students), 80% (64 students) exhibited adequate emotional intelligence, followed by 18.8% (15 students) with low emotional intelligence, and 1.2% (1 student) with high emotional intelligence. Regarding the dimensions, in the Emotional Perception dimension, 80% showed adequate emotional intelligence, followed by 17.5% with low emotional intelligence and 2.5% with high emotional intelligence. In the Understanding of Emotions dimension, 85% exhibited adequate emotional intelligence, 15% showed low emotional intelligence, and finally, in the Emotional Regulation dimension, 77.5% demonstrated adequate emotional intelligence, followed by 18.8% with low emotional intelligence, and 3.7% with high emotional intelligence. The conclusion drawn is that the students exhibited adequate emotional intelligence.Publicación Acceso abierto Estrategias de aprendizaje y el uso de herramientas tecnológicas en estudiantes de una universidad pública de Lima - 2024(Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2024-06-13) Quevedo Del Carpio, Renzo Andrés; Iraola Real, IvanEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general "Determinar la relación entre las estrategias de aprendizaje y el uso de herramientas tecnológicas en estudiantes de una universidad pública en Lima durante el año 2024". Se empleó un enfoque metodológico hipotético-deductivo de tipo cuantitativo, con un diseño de investigación aplicada y alcance correlacional. La selección de la población se realizó mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia y saturación, incluyendo a todos los estudiantes de los ciclos I a X de la carrera de Nutrición en una Facultad de Medicina de la referida universidad pública. La muestra final se estimó en 96 estudiantes. Entre los resultados revelaron una relación significativa entre las estrategias de aprendizaje y el uso de herramientas tecnológicas, evidenciada por un coeficiente de correlación significativa de Pearson (p< 0.05 y Rho= 0.375) entre las variables mencionadas; concluyendo que el estudio evidenció una relación directa entre las estrategias de aprendizaje y el uso de herramientas tecnológicas por parte de los estudiantes de la escuela de nutrición de una universidad pública. Además, las dimensiones de las estrategias del aprendizaje: Estrategias cognitivas y de control del aprendizaje, de apoyo al aprendizaje y hábitos de estudio se relacionaron el uso de herramientas tecnológicas.Ítem Acceso abierto Lifestyle habits of Health Sciences students at the Norbert Wiener University(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-09-27) Vargas Vásquez, Angelina; Uriarte Mendez, Yadav Candrika; Chávez Flores, Erik MarioThe proposed research had as its objective: Determine the lifestyles of Health Sciences students at the Norbert Wiener Private University. For this, the method was used. quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional approach. To carry out the study, there was a population of 4,394 students, of which a sample of 188 was used (for security reasons, 194 students were completed due to the possibility of loss). Using the formula for proportions (infinite population). The type of sampling was stratified probabilistic, the results with reference to the lifestyles of the Health Sciences students of the Norbert Wiener Private University show that 51% (99) presented an unhealthy lifestyle and 49% (95) a Healthy lifestyle. On the other hand, in the food dimension, it was evident that 52.6% (102) have a healthy lifestyle and 47.4% (92) have an unhealthy lifestyle; In physical activity, 33.50% (65) showed a healthy lifestyle and 66.50% (129) showed an unhealthy lifestyle. Lastly, in psychological activity, it was found that 54.1% (105) have a healthy lifestyle. unhealthy lifestyle and 45.9% (89) a healthy lifestyle. The sample was made up of the population of 68 students who are in the tenth cycle of the Professional Academic School of Nursing, made up of men and women. Data collection was carried out through a survey, applying the Likert-type student satisfaction scale instrument.
