Resumen
La investigación se trabajó con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y el cumplimiento de la aplicación de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura del profesional de enfermería de centro quirúrgico en un hospital público de Lima. El estudio se realizará bajo el enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental 4 correlacional. La población será de 30 profesionales de enfermería y la muestra será censal. La técnica empleada será la encuesta y como instrumentos a utilizar son cuestionarios para el conocimiento sobre la lista de verificación de cirugía segura y el cumplimiento de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura, los cuales están validados y tienen un alto nivel de confiabilidad, α =0.643 y 0.939, respectivamente. El análisis estadístico será en el software SPSS, V29 donde se realizará la evaluación haciendo uso de la tablas y gráficas. También, para analizar los datos se realizará la prueba de Kolmogorov – Smirnov (K-S) y en base a los resultados obtenidos se determinará la correlación a utilizarse, si encontramos valores < 0.5 se hará la correlación de Pearson y si es > 0.5 se hará la correlación de Spearman. Finalmente, esta investigación se trabajará bajo los principios éticos como la autonomía, no maleficencia, beneficencia y justicia; respetando la voluntad de participar, minimizando riesgos, sin causar daño, protegiendo la privacidad y confidencialidad, garantizando la equidad en la selección de los participantes.
Resumen
The research aims at determining the relationship between knowledge and compliance of the application of the safe surgery checklist for nursing professionals at a surgical center in a hospital in Lima. The study will be carried out under the quantitative approach with a non experimental correlational design. The test group will be 30 nursing professionals and the method will be a census. The technique used in this project will be a survey and the instruments to be used are questionnaires regarding the knowledge and compliance with the safe surgery checklist, which are validated and have a high level of reliability, α = 0.643 and 0.939, respectively. The statistical analysis will be performed in the SPSS software, V29 where the evaluation will be carried out using tables and graphs. Furthermore, to analyze the data, the Kolmogorov - Smirnov (K-S) test will be performed and the obtained results will determine the type of correlation to be used. If we find values < 0.5, the Pearson correlation will be used, but if the value is > 0.5, the Spearman correlation will be used. Lastly, this investigation will be conducted under ethical principles such as autonomy, non-maleficence, beneficence, and justice; respecting the willingness to participate in it, minimizing risks, causing no harm, protecting privacy and confidentiality, and ensuring fairness in the selection of partakers.
