Tipos de cirugía plástica y satisfacción de los usuarios del hospital nacional de la Policia Nacional del Perú - Luis N. Sáenz Lima-2016

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el tipo de cirugía y la satisfacción del usuario en cirugía reconstructiva estética y quemados sobre la calidad de atención recibida en el Hospital Nacional PNP “Luis Sáenz”. Lima- 2016. Material y método: Tipo de estudio aplicada. El diseño es de tipo no Experimental en una muestra representativa de 68 pacientes de ambos tipos de cirugías, donde se analizó la relación entre la el tipo de cirugía y la satisfacción de los usuarios. Resultados: Se determinó, que la satisfacción de pacientes operados por cirugía reconstructiva estética comparada con pacientes operados por quemadura respecto a la dimensión de procesos, muestra diferencia, a la adecuación de horarios, comodidad, información de pruebas y tiempo de espera. La satisfacción de pacientes de cirugía reconstructiva estética comparados con pacientes quemados respecto a la dimensión de infraestructura mostró diferencias en la comodidad del edificio e instalaciones y la valoración de la limpieza. El grado de satisfacción que presenta el servicio de Cirugía reconstructiva estética y el servicio de Cirugía de Quemados sobre la Calidad de atención recibida en el Hospital Nacional de la Policía, fue buena en gran proporción. Al comparar el grado de satisfacción que presentan los servicios de Cirugía reconstructiva estética y Cirugía de Quemados sobre la Calidad de atención recibida en el Hospital Nacional de la Policía, se muestra diferencias estadísticamente en cada una de sus procesos, infraestructura y resultados. Conclusiones: El grado de satisfacción presentan los servicios de Cirugía reconstructiva estética y Quemados sobre la calidad de atención recibida en el Hospital Nacional de la Policía “Luis Sáenz Lima-2016, muestra diferencias estadísticamente en su evaluación final.

When comparing the degree of satisfaction of the Cosmetic Reconstructive Surgery and Burns Surgery services regarding the Quality of care received at the National Police Hospital "Luis N. Sáenz," statistically significant differences are shown in each of its process dimensions, infrastructure and results. Conclusions: Finally, the degree of satisfaction shown by the services of Cosmetic Reconstructive Surgery and Burns Surgery on the quality of care received at the National Hospital of the Police "Luis Sáenz Lima-2016, shows statistically significant differences in their final weighted evaluation.
