Introducción: En pacientes oncológicos se requiere de un Catéter Port a Cath y de un buen acceso venoso, por su larga duración, porque, es esencial al inicio de la terapia citostática, además que brinda gran facilidad para los exámenes de laboratorios, porque la extracción de sangre ayuda y alivia el dolor causado por el profesional de laboratorio en cada toma de muestra, al igual que sirve para el uso de medicamentos de tratamiento largo, así mismo evita el trauma de la cateterización constante, dispositivo de vía sub cutáneo, de uso exclusivo del profesional de Enfermería, por ello, se debe contar con los conocimientos adecuados para brindar los cuidados necesarios al usuario. Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre el Conocimiento del Catéter Port a Cath y la Práctica del Profesional de Enfermería en pacientes oncológicos en una clínica particular, Lima 2024”. Método de investigación: Es “método hipotético deductivo”, con enfoque cuantitativo, las variables de este estudio se darán en prueba estadística según la interpretación, estudio con tipo de investigación aplicada, porque buscara resolver problemas específicos desde el punto de vista científica, con diseño no experimental y de corte transversal, las variables se darán en un tiempo determinado las cuales no serán manipuladas. La Población es de 100 profesionales de Enfermería y la muestra: es de carácter censal, de esta manera, se trabajará con dicha población, en este estudio se hará presente el uso del programa Microsoft Excel, el SPPS versión 21, dichos resultados se estarán brindando en tablas y gráficos.
Resumen
Introduction: In oncological patients, a Port a Cath Catheter and good venous access are required, due to its long duration, because it is essential at the beginning of cytostatic therapy, in addition to providing great ease for laboratory tests, because extraction of blood helps and relieves the pain caused by the laboratory professional in each sample taking, as well as the use of long-term medications, and also avoids the trauma of constant catheterization, subcutaneous route device, for use exclusive to the professional Nursing, therefore, must have the appropriate knowledge to provide the necessary care to the user. Objective: “To determine the relationship between o knowledge of the Port a Cath Catheter and the practice of the nursing professional in oncological patients in a private clinic, Lima 2024.” Research method: It is a “hypothetical deductive method”, with a quantitative approach, the variables of this study will be given in statistical testing according to the interpretation, a study with a type of applied research, because it will seek to solve specific problems from a scientific point of view, with design non-experimental and cross sectional, the variables will occur at a certain time and will not be manipulated. The Population is 100 Nursing professionals and the sample: is census in nature, in this way, we will work with said population, in this study the use of the Microsoft Excel program, SPPS version 21, will be present, these results will be provided in tables and graphs.
