Ansiedad rasgo-estado y redes sociales en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa pública de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2026

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal demostrar la relación entre ansiedad estado- rasgo y redes sociales en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa pública de San Juan de Lurigancho. En la metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, un diseño no experimental y corte trasversal, de tipo básica y nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 120 estudiantes de secundaria, tanto varones como mujeres, se aplicó el El Inventario de ansiedad estado-rasgo de STAI y el cuestionario de dependencia de redes sociales (ARS), de Escurra y Salas Blas (2014). Siendo que, en los resultados de ansiedad rasgo estado de los estudiantes, la mayoría presentaron un nivel muy alto (75,5%) y en redes sociales, la mayoría presentaron un nivel alto (81,5%). Siendo las conclusiones que, existe una correlación estadísticamente significativa, positiva muy alta entre la ansiedad rasgo estado y las redes sociales en los estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa pública de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2026 (ρ = .996, p < .001).

The main objective of the research was to demonstrate the relationship between state-trait anxiety and social networks in high school students from a public educational institution in San Juan de Lurigancho. The methodology was quantitative, non-experimental design and cross-sectional, of a basic type and correlational level. The sample was composed of 120 secondary school students, both male and female, the state-trait anxiety inventory of STAI and social networks were applied, obtaining the following results, in state trait anxiety of the students, most presented a very high level (75.5%) and in social networks, most presented a high level (81.5%). The conclusions are that there is a statistically significant, very high positive correlation between state trait anxiety and social networks in high school students of a public educational institution in San Juan de Lurigancho, 2026 (ρ = .996, p < .001) .
