Estado nutricional y su relación con la anemia ferropénica en los niños menores de 5 años atendidos en el consultorio de Cred del centro de salud de Rio Negro, Satipo, 2025

Abstract

Introducción: La anemia y las deficiencias nutricionales son problemas extendidos a nivel mundial, impactando a casi la mitad de los niños menores de cinco años. La anemia refleja una falta de nutrientes adecuados en la dieta. Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre el estado nutricional y la anemia ferropénica en los niños menores de 5 años Atendidos en el Consultorio de CRED del Centro de Salud de Rio Negro, Satipo, 2025”. Metodología: Método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y nivel correlacional. Población de 50 niños menores de 5 años que acuden al establecimiento y son objeto de análisis. Se utilizarán dos encuestas utilizando cuestionarios para evaluar ambas variables de interés. Para las variables se empleará un instrumento creado y ejecutado en Lima - Perú por Cabrejos y Payajo en 2022 (estado nutricional) y en Bagua Grande – Perú Chiagmash 2023 (anemia ferropénica). En el proceso de análisis incluirá la exposición del propósito, seguido por la firma del formulario de consentimiento del padre o el apoderado del infante y luego se procederá a recopilar datos, según su naturaleza. Posteriormente, se transferirán a una hoja de Excel previo a su importación al software estadístico SPSS versión 27.0. Después, se realizará un análisis descriptivo con representaciones visuales como gráficas y tablas, mostrando frecuencias y porcentajes correspondientes. Además, se implementará un análisis inferencial para confirmar las hipótesis, incluyendo la aplicación del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. Finalmente, a lo largo de la investigación, se adherirá a los principios éticos universales.

Anemia reflects a lack of adequate nutrients in the diet. Objective: “To determine the relationship between nutritional status and iron deficiency anemia in children under 5 years of age treated at the CRED Clinic of the Rio Negro Health Center, Satipo, 2025”. Methodology: Hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, type of applied research, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational level. Population of 50 children under 5 years of age who attend the establishment and are subject to analysis. Two surveys will be used using questionnaires to evaluate both variables of interest. For the variables, an instrument created and executed in Lima - Peru by Cabrejos and Payajo in 2022 (nutritional status) and in Bagua Grande - Peru Chiagmash 2023 (iron deficiency anemia) will be used. The analysis process will include the statement of the purpose, followed by the signing of the consent form by the parent or guardian of the infant and then the data will be collected, according to its nature. Subsequently, they will be transferred to an Excel sheet prior to being imported into the statistical software SPSS version 27.0. Afterwards, a descriptive analysis will be carried out with visual representations such as graphs and tables, showing frequencies and corresponding percentages. In addition, an inferential analysis will be implemented to confirm the hypotheses, including the application of Spearman's correlation coefficient. Finally, throughout the research, you will adhere to universal ethical principles.
