Impacto de una intervención educativa farmacéutica sobre el consumo de drogas recreativas en alumnos de 5to de secundaria de la institución educativa N° 6038 Ollantay en San Juan de Miraflores 2023

Abstract

Una proporción considerable de estudiantes a nivel global carece de información adecuada sobre el consumo de drogas recreativas, y solo una minoría tiene conocimientos suficientes para emplearlos de manera efectiva, por consiguiente, se tiene como objetivo: Determinar si el impacto de una intervención educativa farmacéutica mejora la prevención del consumo de drogas recreativas en alumnos de 5to de secundaria de la Institución Educativa N° 6038 Ollantay en San Juan de Miraflores 2023. Metodología: método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada y preexperimental, aplicaron un cuestionario a 108 estudiantes el cual fue analizado pre y post intervención. Resultados: El 33,3% de encuestados tuvo 17 años, de los cuales el 50,9% fueron mujeres. El conocimiento antes de la intervención educativa farmacéutica fue regulares con 49,0%, actitud neutra con 56,0% y práctica frecuente con 51,0%. Después de realizar la intervención se obtuvo buenas un buen conocimiento con 96,0%, actitud positiva con 65,0% y 70,0% de práctica no frecuente. Conclusión: La intervención educativa farmacéutica mejoró la prevención del consumo de drogas recreativas en los alumnos de la Institución Educativa Ollantay 6038, en San Juan de Miraflores, 2023, observándose un valor de p<0.05 entre la pre y post intervención.

A considerable proportion of students worldwide lack adequate information on recreational drug use, and only a minority have sufficient knowledge to use them effectively, therefore the aim is: Determine if the impact of a pharmaceutical educational intervention improves the prevention of recreational drug use in 5th year high school students at the Educational Institution No. 6038 Ollantay in San Juan de Miraflores 2023. Methodology: hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, applied and pre-experimental type, they applied a questionnaire to 108 students which was analyzed pre and post intervention. Results: 33.3% of respondents were 17 years old, of which 50.9% were women. The generalities before the pharmaceutical educational intervention were regular with 49.0%, neutral attitude with 56.0% and frequent practice with 51.0%. After the intervention, good generalizations were obtained with 96.0%, positive attitude with 65.0% and infrequent practice with 70.0%. Conclusion: The pharmaceutical educational intervention improved the prevention of recreational drug use in students of the Ollantay 6038 Educational Institution, in San Juan de Miraflores, 2023, observing a value of p <0.05 between pre and post intervention.
