Objetivo: “Determinar cómo se relaciona el conocimiento y práctica de enfermería, en el paciente portador de catéter Port – A – Cath, del servicio de Oncohematología” la población estará constituida por 86 licenciados de enfermería, que trabajan en el Servicio de Oncohematología del Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins. Muestra: el total de la población, Diseño Metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. Diseño: será no experimental de enfoque transversal y nivel correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Conocimiento del enfermero sobre catéter Port” se utilizará el cuestionario Elaborado por Guevara Luz, en el 2009, Confiable el cual presenta una alta validez de criterio, con un coeficiente KMO de 0,98 y para evaluar la variable “Practica del enfermero sobre el catéter Port” Validada en el estudio de Calderón, Cristóbal y Juárez en el 2017, esta herramienta también muestra una alta validez de criterio, con un coeficiente KMO de 0,96. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se realizará mediante una matriz de Excel, donde las variables serán codificadas para su análisis. Luego, se utilizará el software SPSS Statistics versión 25.0 para el análisis estadístico. Dado que el estudio tiene un diseño no experimental, se emplearán estadísticas con porcentajes y frecuencias, presentadas en gráficos y tablas. Para determinar la relación entre las dos variables, se utilizará el coeficiente de Rho de Spearman.
Resumen
To determine how nursing knowledge and practice is related to the patient with a Port – A – Cath catheter, from the Oncohematology service” the population will be made up of 86 nursing graduates, who work in the Oncohematology Service of the Edgardo Rebagliati Hospital. Martins. Sample: the total population, Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design: it will be non-experimental with a transversal approach and correlational level. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Nurse's knowledge of the Port catheter" the questionnaire Developed by Guevara Luz, in 2009, Reliable, which presents a high criterion validity, with a KMO coefficient of 0.98, will be used to evaluate the variable. “Nurse practice on the Port catheter” Validated in the study by Calderón, Cristóbal and Juárez in 2017, this tool also shows high criterion validity, with a KMO coefficient of 0.96. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using an Excel matrix, where the variables will be coded for analysis. Then, SPSS Statistics software version 25.0 will be used for statistical analysis. Since the study has a non experimental design, statistics with percentages and frequencies will be used, presented in graphs and tables. To determine the relationship between the two variables, Spearman's Rho coefficient will be used.
