Conocimiento y práctica sobre loncheras saludables, madres de menores de 06 años, institución educativa particular - Huacho, 2026

Abstract

El conocimiento y práctica sobre loncheras saludables, madres de menores de 6 años es de vital importancia para fomentar hábitos alimenticios. El objetivo de la investigación es “Determinar cómo el conocimiento sobre lonchera saludable se relaciona con la practica en la preparación en las madres de menores de 06 años, Institución Educativa Particular- Huacho 2026”, la metodología fue hipotética-deductiva, cuantitativa, descriptiva, transversal y no experimental, la muestra estuvo compuesta por 96 madres menores de seis años. Los resultados fueron que la mayor proporción de participantes se concentra en el nivel medio de ambas variables (33,3%), lo que indica que la mayoría de madres posee conocimientos intermedios que se reflejan en prácticas también de nivel medio; asimismo, a nivel general, predomina el nivel medio de práctica (60,4%), seguido del nivel alto (22,9%) y bajo (16,7%). S e concluye que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre las dos variables.

Knowledge and practice regarding healthy lunchboxes among mothers of children under 6 years old is vital for promoting healthy eating habits. The objective of this research is to "Determine how knowledge about healthy lunchboxes relates to their preparation practices among mothers of children under 06 years old at a private educational institution in Huacho, 2026." The methodology was hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, and nonexperimental. The sample consisted of 96 mothers of children under six years old. Survey and observation techniques were used, employing a questionnaire and a checklist as instruments. The results showed that the largest proportion of participants was concentrated at the medium level of both variables (33.3%), indicating that most mothers possess intermediate knowledge that is reflected in practices also at a medium level; likewise, at a general level, the medium level of practice predominates (60.4%), followed by the high level (22.9%) and low level (16.7%). It is concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the two variables.
