Fitoterapia y factores asociados en afecciones respiratorias agudas de los pobladores del AA. HH La Encantada, grupo 1 en Villa el Salvador, Lima 2023

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo “determinar la relación entre fitoterapia en afecciones respiratorias agudas y factores asociados en los pobladores del AA. HH La Encantada grupo 1 en Villa el Salvador, Lima 2023.”. La metodología se abordó a través del método deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, correlación, de tipo básica y transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 208 residentes, a quienes se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado, elaborado y validado por los investigadores. Los datos fueron analizados mediante la prueba estadística Chi cuadrado, encontrándose los siguientes resultados: un valor de 3.285 para la variable “enfermedades respiratorias agudas” y 1.454 para “síntomas”. En cuanto a los factores demográficos, se obtuvo un valor de 0.845 para “ingresos económicos” y 3.856 para “seguro médico”. Se concluye que la fitoterapia mostró una efectividad del 99.1 % como tratamiento para las afecciones respiratorias agudas en la población estudiada.

The present study aimed to determine the relationship between phytotherapy in acute respiratory conditions and associated factors in the residents of AA. HH La Encantada group 1 in Villa el Salvador, Lima 2023. The methodology was approached through the deductive method, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlation, basic and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 208 residents, who were administered a structured questionnaire, developed and validated by the researchers. The data were analyzed using the Chi-square statistical test, finding the following results: a value of 3.285 for the variable "acute respiratory diseases" and 1.454 for "symptoms." Regarding demographic factors, a value of 0.845 was obtained for "income" and 3.856 for "health insurance." It is concluded that phytotherapy showed an effectiveness of 99.1% as a treatment for acute respiratory conditions in the study population.
