Riesgos laborales y desempeño laboral en personal de enfermería de la central de esterilización en un hospital de Lima, 2026

Abstract

Objetivo general: “Determinar la relación entre los riesgos laborales y el desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería de la central de esterilización”. Materiales y métodos: Investigación de método hipotético deductivo, transversal y aplicada. Población: Se contará con 58 personas entre enfermeras y técnicas de enfermería, se empleará la encuesta aplicando dos cuestionarios. Las herramientas empleadas cuentan con corroboración por parte de especialistas y su consistencia ha sido verificada mediante análisis estadísticos. Estos instrumentos facilitarán la captación de la información, la cual será registrada en un repositorio de información y examinada de forma descriptiva mediante cuadros y representaciones gráficas; e inferencial mediante el Rho de Spearman, procedimiento que hará posible verificar las conjeturas propuestas y, en consecuencia, emitir las conclusiones pertinentes.

Materials and methods: Research of hypothetical deductive, cross-sectional and applied method. Population: There will be 58 people, including nurses and nursing technicians. , and the survey will be used applying two questionnaires. The tools used are corroborated by specialists and their consistency has been verified through statistical analysis. These tools will facilitate the capture of information, which will be recorded in an information repository and examined in a descriptive way through tables and graphic representations; and inferential by means of Spearman's Rho, a procedure that will make it possible to verify the proposed conjectures and, consequently, issue the pertinent conclusions.
