Limitaciones de la identificación facial, mediante el sistema Morpho Face Investigate, de la oficina de criminalística policía nacional del Perú Cusco, 2019

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre limitaciones de la identificación facial con el uso del sistema morpho face investigate, de la OFICRI Policía Nacional del Perú Cusco, 2019. Materiales y métodos: Estudio no experimental, correlacional. Se contó con una población de 103 informes periciales de archivadas en la Sección de biometría facial-MFI de la OFICRI PNP Cusco, para lo cual se empleó como técnica la observación y como instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos. Resultados: Se analizaron 103 informes periciales, según la correlación de Rho de Spearman se tiene una probabilidad P=0.000 de relación es significativa al 1%., donde la tecnología y enlaces internos del sistema MFI se tiene un coeficiente de 0.748 y con enlaces externos 0.605, entre la imagen y enlaces internos del sistema MFI se tiene 0.483 y enlaces externos 0.369, entre la factores ambiental y enlaces internos del sistema MFI es de 0.413 y enlaces externos de 0.359, la correlación entre la identificación facial y uso del sistema MFI, se tiene un 0.598.Conclusion: En la investigación se ha encontrado que las limitaciones de la identificación facial, como las tecnologías, imágenes, factores ambientales influencian en el reconocimiento de imágenes mediante el sistema MFI, al mismo tiempo esto impide que haya enlaces en base de datos del mismo sistema como el del RENIEC, ocasionando resultados mínimos en una identificación mediante rasgos faciales.

Results: 103 expert reports were analyzed, according to the correlation of Rho de Spearman it has a probability P=0.000 of relation is significant at 1%. , where the technology and internal links of the MFI system has a coefficient of 0.748 and with external links 0.605, between image and internal links of the MFI system has 0.483 and external links 0.369, between the environmental factors and internal links of the MFI system is 0.413 and external links of 0.359, the correlation between facial identification and use of the MFI system, it has a 0.598.Conclusion: Research has found that the limitations of facial identification, such as technologies, images, environmental factors influence image recognition through the MFI system, at the same time this prevents links in the database of the same system as that of RENIEC, resulting in minimal results in an identification by facial features.
