Estilos de apego y autoestima en estudiantes de secundaria del distrito de Rímac, Lima - 2025

Abstract

En este estudio se tuvo por objetivo analizar cómo se relacionan los estilos de apego y la autoestima en escolares adolescentes de un centro educativo del distrito de Rímac. Esta fue una investigación cuantitativa, básica, no experimental y correlacional; empleando una muestra de 218 adolescentes escolares de secundaria de un centro educativo, quienes fueron encuestados mediante el Cuestionario de apego (CaMir) y la Escala de autoestima de Rosenberg (EAR). Los resultados indicaron que el apego y la autoestima se correlacionaron de manera significativa moderada negativa (rho=-0.66; p=0.00); del mismo modo, la autoestima tuvo una correlación significativa con las dimensiones con valores de correlación entre -0.42 y 0.75 con un p valor menor a 0.05. Se concluyó que un mayor apego en los adolescentes se relaciona con una menor autoestima.

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between attachment styles and self-esteem in adolescent students at a school in the Rímac district. This was a quantitative, basic, non-experimental, and correlational study. A sample of 218 secondary school students from the school were surveyed using the Attachment Questionnaire (CaMir) and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (EAR). The results indicated a moderately negative correlation between attachment and self-esteem (rho = -0.66; p = 0.00). Similarly, self esteem showed a significant correlation with the attachment style dimensions, with correlation values between -0.42 and 0.75 and a p-value less than 0.05. The study concluded that stronger attachment in adolescents is associated with lower self-esteem.
