Estrés y satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital público, 2024

Abstract

En esta investigación el Objetivo general: “Determinar la relación entre el estrés laboral y la satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del hospital público”. Materiales y métodos: El método de estudio será hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional y transversal. Población: total de 80 personas que forman parte del personal de enfermería del servicio de Emergencia del Hospital público. Para la medición de ambas variables de estudios, se hará uso de la encuesta y como instrumento dos cuestionarios. En cuanto a la validación se realizó mediante la evaluación de tres expertos, quienes acordaron que los instrumentos son válidos, a través del V de Aiken que obtuvo un 97% de validez. La confiabilidad de ambos cuestionarios obtuvo un 0,877 de Alfa de Cronbach para la primera variable y 0,899 para la variable 2. Los datos recopilados pasarán a procesarse en una matriz de Excel 2021, que permitirá la elaboración de datos SPSS vs 27. Debido a la naturaleza de las variables, se utilizará la prueba no paramétrica de Rho de Spearman para trabajar las estadísticas.

The general objective of this research is: “To determine the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction of nursing staff in the emergency service of the public hospital”. Materials and methods: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, non experimental design, correlational and transversal level. Population: made up of a total of 80 nursing staff from the Emergency Service of the public Hospital. For the measurement of both study variables, the survey and two questionnaires will be used as an instrument. Regarding validation, it was carried out through the evaluation of three experts, who agreed that the instruments are valid, through Aiken's V, which obtained 97% validity. The reliability of both questionnaires obtained 0.877 in the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for the first variable and 0.899 for variable 2. The data collected will be processed in an Excel 2021 matrix, which will allow the preparation of SPSS vs 27 data. Due to the nature of the variables, Spearman's non parametric Rho test will be used to work out the statistics.
