Inteligencia emocional y percepción del aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes de postgrado de una Universidad Privada de Lima, en el año 2023

Abstract

El estudio planteó como objetivo Determinar el nivel de relación entre la inteligencia emocional y el aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes de postgrado de una Universidad Privada de Lima, en el año 2023; por ello la metodología se desarrolló considerando la enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y el nivel correlacional; la muestra estuvo conformada por 91 maestrandos, por otro lado, la técnica fue la encuesta, y los instrumentos utilizados fueron el Inventario de Cociente Emocional de Baron, diseñado por Reuven Bar-On, que consta de 5 dimensiones y 60 ítems y el cuestionario para medir el Aprendizaje Significativo, diseñado por Walter Alfredo Gómez Paredes en 2018, que consta de dos dimensiones y 20 ítems, ambos instrumentos cumplieron con los criterios de validez y confiabilidad para ser aplicados, este último se realizó mediante el Alfa de Cronbach que dio como índices 0.874 para el instrumento de Inteligencia emocional y 0.788 para el cuestionario de Aprendizaje significativo. Como resultado se encontró al correlacionar los constructos plateados un p= 0.000 < 0.05 y un Rho de Spearman = 0.554, con este hallazgo se concluye que existe relación significativa entre las entre la inteligencia emocional y aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes de la muestra.

The objective of the study was to determine the level of relationship between emotional intelligence and significant learning in postgraduate students of a Private University of Lima, in the year 2023. For this reason, the methodology was developed considering a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and the correlational level; the sample consisted of 91 master students, on the other hand, the technique was the survey, and the instruments used were the Baron Emotional Quotient Inventory, designed by Reuven Bar-On, which consists of 5 dimensions and 60 items and the questionnaire for measure Significant Learning, designed by Walter Alfredo Gómez Paredes in 2018, which consists of two dimensions and 20 items, both instruments met the validity and reliability criteria to be applied, the latter was carried out using Cronbach's Alpha that gave as indices 0.874 for the Emotional Intelligence instrument and 0.788 for the Meaningful Learning questionnaire. As a result, when correlating the silver constructs, a p= 0.000 < 0.05 and a Spearman's Rho = 0.554 were found, with this finding it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and significant learning in the students of the sample.
