Relación entre bullying y la resiliencia en estudiantes adolescentes de una institución educativa publica en Trujillo – 2026

Abstract

El acoso escolar es un problema serio que impacta negativamente en la salud física y psicológica de los estudiantes, generando consecuencias como ansiedad, depresión y disminución del rendimiento académico. En este contexto, la resiliencia se presenta como un elemento protector fundamental, ya que permite a quienes lo padecen adaptarse y afrontar las dificultades. Asimismo, la enfermería cumple un papel importante en la prevención, la promoción de la salud mental y el fortalecimiento de la resiliencia mediante intervenciones directas. El objetivo principal de este trabajo académico es establecer si existe una relación entre el bullying y la resiliencia en estudiantes adolescentes de una institución educativa pública, con el propósito de diseñar estrategias preventivas que contribuyan a mejorar su bienestar. La investigación se llevará a cabo en la Institución Educativa Pública 81001 “República de Panamá” durante el año 2026. El estudio tendrá un enfoque cuantitativo y un alcance correlacional, dado que busca analizar la relación entre ambas variables mediante técnicas estadísticas. Además, presentará un diseño no experimental, en el que se evaluarán las manifestaciones de acoso escolar y los niveles de resiliencia que muestran los adolescentes frente a las adversidades de su entorno. La población estará conformada por 187 estudiantes adolescentes.e

School bullying is a serious problem that negatively impacts the physical and psychological health of students, leading to consequences such as anxiety, depression, and decreased academic performance. In this context, resilience emerges as a fundamental protective element, enabling those who experience it to adapt and cope with difficulties. Likewise, nursing plays an important role in prevention, promoting mental health, and strengthening resilience through direct interventions. The main objective of this academic work is to establish whether there is a relationship between bullying and resilience in adolescent students at a public educational institution, with the aim of designing preventive strategies that contribute to improving their well-being. The research will be conducted at Public Educational Institution 81001 “República de Panamá” during the year 2026. The study will have a quantitative approach and a correlational scope, as it seeks to analyze the relationship between both variables using statistical techniques. Furthermore, it will employ a non-experimental design to assess the manifestations of bullying and the levels of resilience shown by adolescents in the face of adversity in their environment. The study population will consist of 187 adolescent students.
