Bienestar psicológico y autoestima en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa publica de Cañete, 2024

Abstract

El actual estudio se ejecutó con el fin de determinar la relación bienestar psicológico y autoestima en estudiantes de secundaria en una institución educativa Publica de Cañete, 2024. Con una metodología desde un método hipotético – deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo con un tipo de estudio básico, un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y un nivel de investigación correlacional, con una muestra de estudio de 150 alumnos. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron escala de escala de bienestar psicológico - BIEPS-J y Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg (EAR). Para el procesamiento de los datos se utilizó el programa Microsoft Excel 2019 y SPSS V. 27. Los resultados hallados se evidenciaron que el 56,7% se ubican en un nivel bajo de bienestar psicológico, el 27.3% en un nivel medio y el 16.0% en un nivel alto, asimismo en la variable autoestima el 34% en un nivel bajo, el 34% en un nivel medio y el 32% en un nivel alto de autoestima. Llegando a la conclusión de que existe una correlación estadísticamente significativa (rs= 0.600** p<.05) entre bienestar psicológico y autoestima en estudiantes de secundaria en una institución educativa publica de cañete, 2024.

The current study was carried out in order to determine the relationship between psychological well-being and self-esteem in high school students in a public educational institution in Cañete, 2024. With a methodology from a hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach with a basic type of study, a non-experimental cross-sectional design and a correlational research level, with a study sample of 150 students. For data collection, the psychological well-being scale - BIEPS-J and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (EAR) were used. For data processing, the Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS V. 27 programs were used. The results found showed that 56.7% are located at a low level of psychological well-being, 27.3% at a medium level and 16.0% at a high level, also in the self-esteem variable 34% at a low level, 34% at a medium level and 32% at a high level of self-esteem. Coming to the conclusion that there is a statistically significant correlation (rs= 0.600** p<.05) between psychological well being and self-esteem in high school students in a public educational institution in Cañete, 2024.
