Educación virtual y aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes de posgrado de una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2022

Abstract

La investigación realizada tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre la educación virtual y el aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes de postgrado de una universidad privada en Lima metropolitana, 2022. Se definió a la Educación Virtual como variable independiente y al Aprendizaje Significativo como variable dependiente; así también, se establecieron tres dimensiones para la variable Aprendizaje Significativo siendo estas: aprendizaje presencial, aprendizaje por conceptos y aprendizaje por descubrimiento Este estudio aplicó un método hipotético-deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental transversal. Las técnicas e instrumentos fueron dos encuestas aplicadas a ochenta y ocho estudiantes de posgrado (88). Se realizó el procesamiento y análisis de datos obtenidos determinando que el 77.3% de los estudiantes presentaban un alto nivel de educación virtual, en tanto que el 73.9% presentaba un alto nivel de aprendizaje significativo. Al finalizar el estudio, se determinó que existe una relación positiva débil por medio del coeficiente de correlación de Rho Spearman (RS = 0,355). Sin embargo, se pueden considerar la continuidad de esta investigación estableciendo otras variables y dimensiones que estén directa o indirectamente relacionados, para establecer un mayor rango de observación estadística en futuros estudios.

The purpose of the research carried out was to determine the relationship between virtual education and significant learning in postgraduate students of a private university in metropolitan Lima, 2022. Virtual Education was defined as an independent variable and Significant Learning as a dependent variable; likewise, three dimensions were established for the Significant Learning variable, these being: face-to-face learning, learning by concepts, and learning by discovery. This study applies a hypothetical-deductive method of a non-experimental quantitative approach. The techniques and instruments were two surveys applied to eighty-eight graduate students (88). The processing and analysis of the data obtained was carried out, determining that 77.3% of the students presented a high level of virtual education, while 73.9% presented a high level of significant learning. At the end of the study, it was determined that there is a weak positive relationship through the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient (RS = 0.355). However, the continuity of this research can be considered by establishing other variables and dimensions that are directly or indirectly related, to establish a greater range of statistical observation in future studies.
