Abstract

Introducción: Este estudio analiza cómo las partes involucradas en casos de prisión preventiva en el ámbito judicial perciben la justicia, evaluando la imparcialidad y el impacto en la confianza en el sistema legal, Objetivo: analizar cómo influye la percepción de la justicia frente a los casos de prisión preventiva en el ámbito judicial de Lima, 2022. Método: Se usó un enfoque cualitativo con un método deductivo y un diseño que exploró y describió fenómenos poco estudiados, Resultado: Lograr una notoria mejora en la eficacia y celeridad en la resolución de estos casos. Conclusión: Se ha concluido que se debe de promover las reformas que fomenten la equidad, la imparcialidad y la transparencia en el sistema judicial, siendo lo más importante, la importancia de mejorar la equidad y la eficiencia, junto con la transparencia en la administración de justicia, lo más fácil de identificar fue que el sistema judicial enfrenta desafíos en la realización de procesos penales, aunque fue más complicado evaluar cómo esto afecta la calidad del trato a los investigados y la protección de sus derechos.
