Estrés y calidad de vida laboral del personal de enfermería de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de un Hospital Nacional de Yurimaguas – 2024

Abstract

Objetivo general: Determinar el nivel de estrés y su relación con la calidad de vida laboral del personal de enfermería de la unidad de Cuidados Intensivos. Materiales y Métodos: es un estudio cuantitativo, no experimental de corte transversal y de alcance correlacional. Población: estará conformada por 85 trabajadores de enfermería será una muestra censal tomando en cuenta los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La recolección de datos se hará a través de la encuesta y se aplicaran 2 instrumentos la escala de estrés laboral y el cuestionario de calidad de vida laboral estos son cuestionarios estandarizados con validez y confiabilidad en el estado peruano. Los datos se procesarán de acuerdo a la naturaleza de sus datos, utilizando la estadística descriptiva en el, programa SPSS 23, se hará un análisis descriptivo de acuerdo a las dimensiones de las variables se realizará la tabulación y cada tabla representará un objetivo de estudio. Para determinar la relación entre las variables de estudio se utilizará, el análisis estadístico inferencial para establecer la relación entre las variables será a través de la prueba estadística del RHO de Spearman.

General objective: Determine the level of stress and its relationship with the quality of work life of the nursing staff of the Intensive Care unit. Materials and Methods: It is a quantitative, nonexperimental cross-sectional study with a correlational scope. Population: will be made up of 85 nursing workers, it will be a census sample taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection will be done through the survey and 2 instruments will be applied: the work stress scale and the quality of work life questionnaire, these are standardized questionnaires with validity and reliability in the Peruvian state. The data will be processed according to the nature of the data, using descriptive statistics in the SPSS 23 program, a descriptive analysis will be carried out according to the dimensions of the variables, tabulation will be carried out and each table will represent a study objective. To determine the relationship between the study variables, inferential statistical analysis will be used to establish the relationship between the variables through Spearman's RHO statistical test.
